Research On Optimization Of Purchasing Management Of Zhangye Hongneng Coal Company

China’s coal industry has an extremely important strategic position at home and abroad.Coal is an extremely important basic fossil energy in daily production and life in China,and it has occupied an irreplaceable position in energy production and consumption for a long time.In recent years,China’s coal enterprises have also adopted cross-regional operations in the form of mergers,alliances,and reorganizations,and gradually developed into a new situation of large scale and wide coverage.However,under the new situation of supply-side structural reform,the management mechanism and management level of Chinese enterprises have not been adjusted accordingly.This has led to the sc ale of coal enterprises,but the productio n efficiency is low and the comprehensive competitiveness is not strong.Material consumption accounts for a large proportion of the cost structure of coal enterprises.Strengthening material management and control,reducing material consumption,and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises have become one of the core tasks of coal enterprise management.Taking Zhangye Hongneng coal industry company as an example,this thesis mainly uses questionnaire survey method,literature research method,and analytic hierarchy process to optimize the procurement management of Hongneng coal industry company.First of all,the background and significance,as well as the ideas and methods of this study are clarified.The r elated theories of procurement management,supplier management,and supply chain management are elaborated.Then,the situation of enterprise management is analyzed,and it is found that there are some problems in procurement management,such as low procur ement efficiency,low procurement quality,long procurement cycle,and high procurement cost.Then,aiming at the existing problems,the optimization design is carried out from the aspects of procurement mode and organization,procurement management process,material classification management,supplier management,forming a complete procurement management optimization strategy of Zhangye Hongneng coal company.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization strateg y of purchasing management,the corresponding safeguard measures are formulated,which mainly include: improving the informatization degree of purchasing management and improving purchasing manage performance management,strengthen procurement management training,and a nalyzing the expected effect.Through the research and analysis of the purchase management of Zhangye Hongneng coal industry company,this thesis forward the systematic purchase optimization strategy,it is believed to have practical guiding significance for the enterprise to control the purchase cost and improve the purchase quality.At the same time,it also has certain value for other coal enterprises to improve procurement management.
