Study On The Construction Project Post-benefit Evaluation Of Digital Oilfield

Digital oilfield has developed for nearly 20 years in our country,and now it has entered a high-speed development stage.However,the post evaluation of the digital oilfield construction project is still widespread,such as simple investment benefit analysis and single evaluation method.Based on the present situation of digital oil field development in China,Then it focuses on using dynamic and cash flow economic analysis method,According to the characteristics of digital oilfield,the system analysis and target decomposition of relevant index system are carried out.Finally,the digital oilfield benefit evaluation index system including investment change,cost analysis,benefit analysis and risk analysis is finally determined.On the basis of index weight such as investment,cost and benefit,by assigning individual indexes,completed the construction of the comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,the application of index system and evaluation model is completed through an example,It has certain reference function for the construction of digital oil field project,the control of its investment scale,and the later oil and gas production and operation.
