With the continuous advancement of the urbanization process,large-scale engineering project construction is also on the rise,resulting in a huge amount of construction waste,aggravating the current situation of resource shortage.At the same time,the construction waste contains a large number of toxic and harmful substances,if not properly handled,will bring serious impact on the environment,so it is particularly important to reduce the waste management.Maturity model is an organizational structure with a certain degree of self-improvement.It is often used to evaluate the management capability of an organization,help the organization to analyze the current management level,identify management errors,and provide improvement direction.Therefore,this paper introduces the maturity model into the evaluation of construction waste reduction management.In this paper,the construction waste reduction management related theory and the maturity model is analyzed,and combining the construction at home and abroad to minimize waste management status and minimize reduction measures for the administration,influence factors,building construction waste reduction management maturity model,selecting reduction management maturity level evaluation method at the same time,to enhance the level of reduction management provide a reference basis.According to the characteristics of the research object in this paper,the OPM3 maturity model suitable for this paper is selected.Based on the structural characteristics of the maturity model,three dimensions of reduction management are constructed.It includes four maturity level dimensions of reduction management,cycle range dimension and maturity level evaluation index system dimension.Among them,the maturity level is divided into "initial level","experience level","specification level" and "optimization level".Through the induction and reduction of literature reduction status characteristics,as well as the index to build the principles and ideas,build up the evaluation index system of early maturity,including reduction personnel quality,reduction management investment,reduction techniques and recycled material management,reduction effect,reduction operability six criteria layer,31 indicators.Through the questionnaire survey and the reliability and validity analysis of SPSS software,the indicators were optimized,so as to build the final maturity evaluation index system,with a total of 26 indicators.By comparing and analyzing the weighting methods of various indicators and the comprehensive evaluation methods,and combining with the characteristics of the maturity model of construction waste reduction management,the weighting method of COWA operator and the fuzzy synthesis method are taken as the weighting and comprehensive evaluation methods in this paper.The index weight of this paper is determined by means of expert questionnaireLastly,guizhou a commercial hybrid project as case,will build above the construction waste reduction applied to the project management maturity model,and USES the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the project reduction tube maturity level evaluation,analyzes the evaluation results,and for the reduction of personnel quality,reduction management inputs and minimize reduction technology,recycled materials management,operational rule of five layers related Suggestions are put forward.
