Edible fungus culture materials play an important role in the national industrial system.With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of manufacturing industry,edible fungus culture materials are more and more widely used in industrial production,especially the demand for edible fungus powder cultivation materials is increasing.At present,the bagging of edible fungus culture materials in China is manual,and the production efficiency is relatively low.At the same time,because the edible fungus culture material is easy to be bagged and fastened in the process of bagging and fastening,which leads to the problem of leakage or secondary bagging,which greatly reduces the bagging efficiency in the process of factory operation,which is not conducive to the improvement of factory production efficiency.Therefore,according to the function and design requirements of the whole machine,it is necessary to develop a machine which can smoothly realize the automatic bagging and mouthing of edible fungus culture materials,to meet the high efficiency and automation of factory bagging and mouthing,so as to reduce the human cost in the process of edible fungus bagging.The specific work is as follows:First of all,this paper discusses the three-dimensional background and research significance,focusing on the comparison of the mechanical structure and overall mechanism design of the bag binding machine,so as to choose the best design scheme.Secondly,the design and analysis of the key mechanism parts of the automatic bagging and binding machine,including the design of the picking and bagging mechanism,the design of the vacuum absorption transmission mechanism and the design of the leading in bagging mechanism,through the design of these main parts,the basic automatic operation functions of the machine such as picking,bagging and binding are realized.Then,aiming at the design of the software control system of the automatic bag binding machine,the brief introduction of the software system,the application of PLC program control technology and the setting of the program-controlled touch screen are analyzed,so as to realize the program-controlled control for the most important automatic bag loading technology and automatic binding technology of the machine.Finally,combined with the full text analysis and design,the prototype of automatic bagging and binding machine is trial manufactured for application detection.Through the setting of the experimental environment and the experimental analysis of the final effect of the integrated machine,according to the evaluation standards and methods of the processing effect of the equipment,the binding experiment of the electric binding machine and the binding experiment of the integrated machine are carried out.The experimental results show that the computer program-controlled automatic bagging and taping machine designed in this paper meets the expected goal,meets the requirements of continuous work and accuracy,and improves the efficiency of domestic edible mushroom bagging and taping.
