The most people fall into crazy material pursuit because of rapid productivity development and extremely rich material wealth today.More and more over packaging and excessive waste of resources show up in the market.Except to make improvements of the product quality;how to make packaging in line with the concept of environmental protection and how to combine the practicality,aesthetics and environmental protection of packaging design have become a new topic in the field of packaging design development and innovation.There is a Chinese saying in folk that "respect heaven and cherish things,and make the best use of things".In the traditional cultural thought of China,human and nature are closely connected as a whole,and people should have feelings for all things,which includes not only the love of all things,but also the economical utilization of all things.The creation concept of respecting heaven,cherishing things,making the best use of things,skillfully using and economizing on the use of things is formed after 5000 years of historical development in China's traditional culture,which fully highlights the value standards throughout the creation process of human beings.In present highly developed material life,we should abide by this virtue.Respecting heaven and cherishing things means cherishing thousands of things.Only in this way can we ensure the sustainable development of natural resources and leave enough space for future generations.This article analyzes the application and practice of the spirit of cherishing things in the packaging design of "A fragrant of Lotus" brand by taking the concept of cherishing things as an example.The design object is lotus leaf tea,the characteristic product of Baiyangdian scenic spot in Baoding City,Hebei Province.In the fierce competition of tea market,how to let consumers choose "A fragrant of Lotus" brand among many tea brands,and how to embody the idea of cherishing things and making the best use of things in packaging are the important difficulties to be solved in this article.In view of the branddemand of "A fragrant of Lotus",from the market point of view and the design requirements of consumers' aesthetic needs and emotional identity,the packaging form of illustration with Baiyangdian characteristics combined with the concept of cherishing objects is adopted to express the core idea of the brand closely around the core concept of "A fragrant of Lotus",so as to make "A fragrant of Lotus" brand lotus leaf tea products obtain The favor of consumers.While meeting people's material needs,the brand temperature can give consumers inner warmth,increase consumers' brand recognition of the product,make practice for the exploration of the concept of cherishing things in packaging design,provide objective and practical design thinking for tea brand image design in China,and contribute to the specialty sales and tourism development of Baiyangdian in Baoding,Hebei Province.
