Acer truncatum Bunge,a deciduous tree,not only is a unique ornamental tree species native to China,but also plays an important role in the application of landscaping,and has important economic value.In recent years,Acer truncatum has developed rapidly in Fuxin,Liaoning Province.The shortage of water resources and dry climate in Fuxin area are It is not conducive to Acer truncatum seed germination and normal growth of seedlings.To investigate the influencing factors of seedling raising in Acer truncatum,this experiment studied the effects of temperature,soil burial depth,PEG-6000 osmopriming initiation and hydro-priming on seed germination,seedling growth and physiological characteristics of Acer truncatum.At the same time,the seed priming effect was explored to understand the influence of priming to drought resistance of seeds and seedlings of Acer truncatum.The results can provide theoretical data and reference for improving seedling quality of Acer truncatum.in Funxin The main results of this study are as follows:1.When the temperature was 15?,the germination rate of Acer truncatum seeds reached the maximum,was 45.00%,which was significantly different from that of the control.Secondly,when the temperature was 10? and 20?,the germination rate was 33.00% and37.00%,higher than the control treatment.(p<0.05).2.The seedling emergence rate and seedling index of Acer truncatum seeds reached the maximum value of 52% and 0.38 when they were covered with soil 3 cm,compared with the control,there was significant difference(P<0.05).3.Under the PEG-6000 mass concentration simulated drought stress treatment,the germination rate of Acer truncatum seeds was 48%,the PEG-6000 mass concentration was10%(-0.8 Mpa)and the initiation time was 12 h.There were significant differences in membrane permeability,osmotic regulator and antioxidant enzyme(P<0.05),which indicated that mild drought stress could stimulate the vitality of Acer truncatum seeds and increase germination rate.4.Under hydro-priming,when the temperature of 15?,moisture of 60%,time of 11 d,the germination rate of Acer truncatum seeds was the highest the germination rate was66.00% indicating hydro-priming worked best.At the same time,there were significant differences in osmotic regulators(P<0.05),PEG-6000 mass concentrations simulated under drought stress,There were significant differences in MDA content,soluble sugar,proline,soluble protein,SOD POD enzyme activity chlorophyll(P<0.05),It shows that the seedlings of Acer truncatum have stronger drought resistance.To sum up,the germination rate of Acer truncatum seeds was increased by different factors,the adaptability of Acer truncatum seeds in drought stress environment,and the drought resistance of Acer truncatum seedlings were enhanced under the condition of triggering seeds,and the quality of seedling raising was improved for the development of Acer truncatum in Fuxin semi-arid area of western Liaoning Province...
