Clinical Observation Of Modified Yu-ping-feng Powder Combined With Cetirizine Syrup In Treating Allergic Cough In Children

Objective:Through the observation before and after the treatment of children allergic cough(lung deficiency syndrome)change of main observation indexes of cough frequency and time,cough and shortness of breath of the objective evaluation of Yu Ping Feng San decoction combined with cetirizine syrup and cetirizine syrup contrast treatment of children allergic cough(lung deficiency syndrome)the clinical efficacy and safety.Method:Will be collected for the clinical diagnosis of clear 60 cases of children with allergic cough and TCM for lung deficiency syndrome,take the method of random and parallel control,the subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(Yu Ping Feng pulvis combined with cetirizine syrup,control group(cetirizine syrup),experiment group of 30 cases,30 cases in the control group,each for a period of 14 days,a total of 2 courses of treatment,the main symptoms and signs of changes and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment,integrated statistics,case data statistical analysis using SPSS 22.0 software.Results:In the treatment group,the frequency and time of cough and the severity of cough after treatment with modified Yupingfeng Powder combined with cetirizine syrup were obviously reduced.There was significant difference between before treatment and before treatment(P<0.01)and better than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the treatment group had secondary symptoms(itching of throat,sneezing of nose and nose,runny,shortness of breath,sweating,complexion,spirit,fatigue,appetite,stool,tongue,etc.).The symptom scores were significantly reduced compared with the previous ones,Compared with the control group and the treatment group,there was significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of Shortness of breath(P>0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yu Ping Feng powder can improve the children's body resistance,strengthening the body resistance,thereby reducing the incidence of allergic cough,relieving the symptoms,play the role of Dispelling wind and relieving cough;on the basis of clinical addition and subtraction,using both specimens,prevention of symptomatic symptoms and syndrome cure combine effect.The addition and subtraction of Yu Ping Feng powder is effective for the treatment of allergic cough in children,which can be used for reference in clinical practice.
