| Objective:By including music,pulse electric acupuncture intervention model of Parkinson’s disease depression rat intestinal flora AWCD value,Shannon index impact experimental research,explore different electricity for Parkinson’s disease depression rat intestinal flora AWCD value,Shannon index adjustment.Methods:Parkinsonism rat model was prepared by 6-hydroxydopaminergic(6-ohda)striatum dual-target injection,and the success rate of the model was verified by apo-induced behavior detection.Based on the model of Parkinson’s disease combined with chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)prepared depression rat model of Parkinson’s disease using weight determination,kuang field experiment,1% sucrose solution preference experiment Parkinson’s depression model was successful.Meanwhile,the normal group,PDD model group,sham operation group,music electroacupuncture group,pulse electroacupuncture group and drug group were set up,and feces were collected from 6groups of rats at 28 days of treatment for experimental study.The AWCD values of each group(the average color change rate of holes)were analyzed and compared by Biolog ECO method,and the changes in the utilization capacity of intestinal flora microbes of each group of rats to carbon source,namely,the changes in the activity of bacteria group,were discussed.Comparison between groups Shannon index ′(H),to explore the changes of rat intestinal microbial diversity.Results :(1)Compared with the normal group,the intestinal flora AWCD value and Shannon index of rats in the PDD model group was decreased,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).The AWCD value and Shannon index of the drug group,music electroacupuncture group and pulse electroacupuncture group decreased without significant difference(P >0.05).(2)Compared with the model group,AWCD value and Shannon index of the drug group,music electroacupuncture group and pulse electroacupuncture group were significantly increased(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with the drug group,the AWCD value and Shannon index of music electroacupuncture group and pulse electroacupuncture group were slightly increased,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).(4)Compared to the pulse electroacupuncture group,the AWCD value and Shannon index of music electroacupuncture group and pulse electroacupuncture group were slightly increased,with no significantdifference(P > 0.05),the AWCD value and Shannon index of the drug group was lower(P >0.05).Conclusion:(1)The imbalance of intestinal flora in the PDD model group after the modeling indicated that the AWCD value and Shannon index of its activity and diversity were significantly decreased.(2)Music electroacupuncture and pulse electroacupuncture can significantly increase the AWCD value and Shannon index of intestinal flora of rats with Parkinson’s disease depression model.Drugs can improve the AWCD value and Shannon index of intestinal flora of rats with Parkinson’s disease depression model to a certain extent.The effect of music electroacupuncture on the AWCD value and Shannon index of intestinal flora of rats with Parkinson’s disease depression model was better than that of pulse electroacupuncture and drugs. |
