Objective : Through the analysis of dyslipidemia of the Han Adults in the physical examination center of affiliated hospital of Guilin Medical University, the prevalence of dyslipidemia and the risk factors affecting the dyslipidemia in the city of Guilin are understood, which provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in Guilin. Methods : Using the method of cluster random sampling, from July 2012 to November 2012,6660 Han adults of physical examination population in the physical examination center of affiliated hospital of Guilin Medical University were selected as the research object, unified questionnaire was developed, questionnaire survey, physical examination, laboratory examination and so on.SPSS18.0 statistical software was used to analyze the collected data, and the data were analyzed by Univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis, and the risk factors of dyslipidemia were selected. Results: 1.Prevalence of dyslipidemia: the total prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was 31.8%(2 117/6 660),in which the male was 40.5%(1 408/3 480)and the female was 22.3%(709 /3 180),and 30.6%(39.9 % for males and 27.0 % for females)after the standardization. The prevalence of dyslipidemia in males was higher than that in females(P < 0.05).The prevalence rates of high TC,high TG,high LDL-C and low HDL-C were 8.0%,17.0%,13.8% and 13.3%,in which the prevalence rates of high TG,high LDL-C and low HDL-C were higher in males than in females(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the prevalence of high TC between men and women(P > 0.05).2.The prevalence of hyperglycemia, hypertension, overweight and / or obesity and hyperuricemia were significantly higher in the dyslipidemia group than in the group control.3.Risk factors analysis: univariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that gender(male)(OR=2.238),age(OR=1.019),high BMI(OR=1.210),hypertension(OR=1.924),hyperuricemia(OR=1.008),hyperglycemia(OR=1.574)were risk factors for dyslipidemia.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that gender(male)(OR=1.242),age(OR=1.010),high BMI(OR=1.923),hyperuricemia(OR=1.006)and hyperglycemia(OR=2.244)were risk factors for dyslipidemia. Conclusions: The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia among Han nationality physical examination population in Guilin is in low-prevalence areas in China.Gender(male),age, high BMI,hyperuricemia and hyperglycemia were the risk factors of dyslipidemia.
