Health is the foundation of the comprehensive development of mankind,which is related to the happiness of hundreds of millions families,and the development of medical and health services is an inevitable requirement for improving people's health.However,the serious shortage of primary care talents has affected the development of health care in China to a certain extent.The nursing profession of secondary vocational school will play an important role as the main training way for nursing talents in China.As the basic quality of nursing profession in secondary vocational schools,nursing professional ethics has become more and more important as social moral progress and modern medicine and nursing mode have changed.A good nursing students professional ethics education can help nursing students development in an all-around way,it is conducive to ensuring that take to the quality of nursing jobs after work,and help to improve the nurse,the doctor-patient relationship and social fashion.At the present day,because of the influencing factors such as age,growing up,learning atmosphere and social ideological trend which made the nursing students existing problems like learning enthusiasm is not high,professional compliance is poorer,phased goal is not clear,career planning is not clear,nursing students of nursing ethics education purpose and need for cognition is insufficient,on the whole nursing mode of high quality nursing service demand to know enough,nursing students professional ethics education full-time teachers is weak,the education content is relatively lags behind,the education way of a single,education way is not sound enough.To some extent,it shows that the foundation of occupational ethics education is weak and the effect is not obvious.In the cause of these problems,the characteristics of the source,education and the specialty of nursing specialty are internal causes,which have caused the lack of penetration of the occupational ethics education.Inside the school,the school and practice base,school and unit of choose and employ persons and society,school and family lack of professional ethics education resultant force is the external cause,which led to the secondary vocational nursing students professional ethics education does not have the desired effect.For this purpose,according to the secondary vocational school nursing profession students professional ethics education problems and reasons,put forward to follow the rules of moral cognition development,the order of hierarchy,step by step,the professional ethics education of nursing students in different stages;We should strengthen the cultivation of subjectivity moral personality,emphasize internalization and introspection,and arouse the initiative of nursing students.To improve and enrich the professional ethics curriculum system,pay attention to the effectiveness and continuity of curriculum through nursing education.To reform the education method of professional ethics,use the impartial group strategy and moral discussion strategy to carry out the discussion on the role playing and dilemma of nursing students.We should strengthen the construction of specialized teachers and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and teaching arts.We should pay attention to education in the internship stage and play the role of the cooperative teaching mode.In order to effectively utilize the campus culture carrier,the infiltration and interactivity of campus culture are used to strengthen the implicit education.To rob the network education position,strengthen education innovation and coverage.We need to join hands with schools,medical institutions,families and even the society to form a joint work ethic.
