Clinical Study Of Chaiqi Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Liver And Stomach Disharmony

Objective: the purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease under the guidance of the theory of regulating qi,so as to comb out new ideas for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,help patients to minimize symptoms and shorten the clinical course.Methods: 1.Group: 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,which met the standard of Western medicine for gastroesophageal reflux disease and the syndrome of TCM syndrome differentiation.2,treatment: the treatment group treated with traditional Chinese medicine(2 prescription /3 days,1 hours after meal service)+ ray Bella with enteric capsules(10mg,qd);the control group was given ray Bella with enteric capsules(10mg,qd)and Mosapride Citrate Tablets(Belona)(5mg,tid).The medication lasted for 8 weeks.3,curative effect observation: observe two groups of patients general examination results and clinical symptom score before and after treatment,use SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze the collected data and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: the improvement of TCM symptom score in both the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The improvement of TCM symptom score in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P < 0.01).A separate analysis of the symptom score,the treatment group in improving heartburn,acid regurgitation,chest pain and bloating after eating,belching,irritability,dry mouth,mouth pain,throat discomfort,noisy easy to hunger compared single TCM symptom score with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ray Bella with reflux disease enteric capsules in the treatment of liver stomach disharmony of stomach esophagus,compared with the pure western medicine treatment has better curative effect,adjusting Qi theory with Chinese medicine reflux disease syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach in the stomach esophagus treatment can play a positive effect.
