Clinical Observation On Maxing Weijing Soup Treating Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Bronchitis(Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Maxing Weijing soup in the treatment of bronchitis and damp-heat syndrome in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae,Preliminary discussion on the availability and safety of Maxing Weijing soup.Methods:80 cases of western medicine diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis,Chinese medicine diagnosis of cough,dialectical damp-heat syndrome,aged 3-14 years old children as the object of study,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 40 cases,the control group of 40 cases.The control group was treated with western medicine: 1.azithromycin(Xishumei)10mg / kg.d,the maximum dose of 0.5g / d,once a day,orally,with 3 days rest 4 days;2.Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride oral solution(Yitanjing)≤ 12 years old 2.5~15ml / times bid oral,> 12 years old 20 ml / times bid oral.Treatment group oral Maxing Weijing soup(3~5 years old,50-70 ml,po tid;5~7 years old,70~90ml,po tid;7~10 years old,80~120ml,po tid;10~14 years old,120~150ml,po,tid)for 7 days.The efficacy of SPPS21.0 was used to analyze the results of the two groups of children before and after treatment,The final evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Maxing Weijing soupResult: The treatment group was cured in 6 cases,markedly effective in 22 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the effective rate was 70.0%,the total effective rate was 95.0%;the control group was cured in 7 cases,markedly effective in 23 cases,effective in 9 cases,The cured and markedly effective rate were 75.0% and the total effective rate were 97.5%.The cured and total effective rate were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cough and sputum of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Two groups of fever,pharyngeal swelling and pain,nasal congestion runny nose,sleep,two will were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Secondary disease of appetite,tongue coating,the treatment group was significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),No improved control group(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were no adverse events during the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving appetite and faded tongue coating,but the two groups had the same clinical effect.The results show that Maxing Weijing soup treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae of bronchitis damp-heat syndrome has obvious clinical effect,and the study did not find adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
