Study On The Herbs Regularity Of Professor Hu Tiancheng In Treating The Pediatric Spleen Stomach Disease

Objective:Using data mining technology research professor Hu Tiancheng treatment of children with spleen and stomach disease law of basic herbs and academic ideas,provide guidance for clinical doctors to treat infantile spleen and stomach disease,so as to improve the clinical curative effect,better inherit and carry forward the valuable academic thought and experience of old experts.Methods:This study through the outpatient division with the teacher to learn and collect the top ten Chinese medicine in Sichuan Province,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Professor Hu Tiancheng 310 outpatient treatment of children with spleen and stomach patients with effective prescription information,the data mining techniques were used to excavate and analyze the cases of spleen and stomach diseases treated by Professor Hu in order to reveal their intrinsic drug use and academic thought.Results : 310 prescriptions involving a total of 115 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the total frequency of 3458 times,the average side of the drug 11.15 flavor times.The use of more than 10% of the frequency of the drug a total of 32 taste,the use of more than 30% of the frequency of a total of 16 flavors of the drug,respectively,Agastache,Magnolia,raw malt,Scutellaria,Citrus aurantium,woody,betel nut,almond,coke hawthorn,dried tangerine peel,Cardamom,Pinellia,Amomum villosum,Trichosanthes Ren,Coix Seed,Poria.All drugs in the highest frequency of dampness drugs,followed by digestion,qi and heat medicine;drug side,the temperature of drugs in all the drugs used in the largest proportion,followed by cold drugs;taste to taste the highest frequency,Followed by bitter,sweet taste;to the stomach,spleen-based,followed by the lung,the ileus by more common.The results showed that the drug composition of the four main categories of the core group was class C1: dried tangerine or orange peel,cardamom,almond,coke hawthorn,fructus kernel,coix seed,amomum villosum,pinellia,poria cocos,raw rice bud,ageratum,magnolia bark;Class C2: yellow lian,light bamboo leaf,nansha ginseng,white art;Class C3: ginger,plantain,jian,ge root,fire hemp,zisu,yam,angelica,chicken,cicadas.Class C4: woody,betel nut,scutellaria,citrus aurantium,raw malt.Through the association rules mining,Professor Hu Tiancheng treatment of pediatric spleen and stomach in the common medicine: almond → Coix Seed,Cardamom → Coix Seed;Magnolia → Almond,Magnolia → Coix Seed;Scutellaria → light bamboo leaves;dried tangerine peel → Amomum villosum;Citrus aurantium → Adenophora.Conclusions:Studies have shown that: 1.Hu Tiancheng Professor of treatment of children with spleen and stomach diseases commonly used drugs are: Agastache,Magnolia,raw malt,Scutellaria,Citrus aurantium,woody,betel nut,almond,coke hawthorn,dried tangerine peel,cardamom,Pinellia,Trichosanthes,Coix Seed,Poria.High-frequency drugs to dampness drugs,digestion medicine,qi-based drugs,if necessary,accompanied by heat medicine.Professor Hu in the treatment of spleen and stomach in children with spleen and stomach as the focus,according to the cause,different disease,respectively,the use of temperature compensation method,the core is to restore spleen and stomach function.The treatment of anorexia pays attention to the dehumidity-hot,the complementary spleen and the liver;To treat the discharge of diarrhea with the emphasis on dry,moist and invigorating spleen;The treatment of constipation is based on the air quality of the sausage,and it attaches importance to the movement of the spleen and the heat removal.Clustering analysis C1 group showed heat and dampness both;C2 group showed fill in the diarrhea,warm and use;C3 group reflects the digestion guide stagnation,and in the benefit,C4 group is reflected in the gas to help transport.Professor Hu in the treatment of children with spleen and stomach,stressed the need to grasp the actual situation of the disease and the outcome,from time to time to care for the spleen and stomach gas,advocate spleen to transport,medication should be light on the spirit.2.Professor Hu combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory,for children with spleen and stomach disease unique,that pediatric spleen and stomach weak,intolerable attack,dialectical precision,medication brisk,cut the pathogenesis.Especially for the Sichuan Basin,hot and humid,deep understanding.Spleen and stomach hot and humid,hinder the coke,lingering refractory,often the actual situation is mixed,Professor Hu Wenzhong dampness of the spleen,did not forget to heat,tonic did not forget Quxie,governance and taking care of triple burner,the effect is significant.3.Professor Hu taught ancient and not mud ancient,prescription plain,fine election drugs,do not use the attack to attack,do not blindly make up,pay attention to adjust the air machine,with the transfer,a lot of test.
