| Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum Hcy,apoA1,apoB,apoA1/apoB and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease and its application value. Methods:We collected coronary angiography for patients with coronary heart disease who were suspected of having chest pain and were diagnosed with coronary heart disease at the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2016 to October2017.Among them,281 were selected for coronary heart disease(CHD)group and286 were non-coronary heart disease group. The coronary heart disease group was divided into single-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group, and multi-vessel disease group according to the number of coronary lesions.compared with the Hcy,apoA1,apoB,apoA1/apoB ratio in the coronary heart disease group and the non-coronary heart disease group. The analysis of variance was performed on the three groups of lesions and related indicators. There were statistically significant differences.Further LSD-t tests were compared. The Spearman correlation analysis was performed on the Hcy,apoA1,apoB,apoA1/apoB ratio and coronary lesions.Results:1.1 The difference of Hcy,apoAl,apoB,and apoAl/apoB were statistically significant, between the subgroups of CHD lesions and non CHD groups(P<0.05).1.2 According to the number of coronary lesions, they were divided into single-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group, and multi-vessel disease group. Each group was compared with the level of Hey,apoA1,apoB and the ratio of apoA1/apoB,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Further comparisons between the two groups showed that:Compared with the single-vessel disease group, the multi-vessel disease group had higher levels of Hcy and apoB,lower apoA1 level and lower apoAl/apoB ratio, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the double-vessel disease group, the multi-vessel disease group had lower lower apoAl/apoB ratio, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the single-vessel disease group, the double-vessel disease group had higher levels of Hcy and lower apoA1level,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of apoA1,apoB,Hcybetween multi-vessel disease group and double-vessel disease group,There was no significant difference in the level of apoB and the ratios of apoAl/apoB in double-vessel disease group and single-vessel disease group(all P>0.05).1.3 The Spearman correlation analysis of serum apoA1,apoB,apoA1/apoB ratios, homocysteine, and coronary artery lesions showed that serum apoA1 and apoA1/apoB ratios were negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease(r_s=-0.138,P=0.023;r_s=-0.190,P=0.011).The levels of apoB and Hcy were positively correlated with coronary lesions(r_s=0.162,P=0.014;r_s=0.124,P=0.031).Conclusion:The ratios of Hcy,apoA1,apoB and apoA1/apoB in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly correlated with coronary heart disease and severity of coronary artery disease. All of the above indexes were able to assess the risk of coronary heart disease, including Hcy and apoB levels in the degree of coronary artery disease.Severe relatively high, and apoA1,apoA1/apoB levels in the severity of coronary artery lesions are relatively low. |
