Objective:The clinical data of patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the risk factors of endometrial lesions in patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods:The data of 162 patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding who were admitted to Shanxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were selected. All selected patients required hysteroscopy and pathological examination, and they had complete information..To analyze the clinicopathological types and related risk factors of postmenopausal uterine cavity disease, and analyze the data with SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results:1.The age and menstrual history of patients with different pathological types were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the number of births and parity among patients with different pathological types. The higher the risk of cavity disease, especially in the endometrial cancer group compared with the rest of the groups was statistically significant;2.Diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,obesity and other factors in different pathological types of patients were statistically significant difference(P <0.05),there was no atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer and other groupsThere was a significant difference between groups.3.The risk of postmenopausal uterine bleeding in patients with a history of uterine leiomyoma was statistically significant compared with the history of endometrial polyps and history of dysfunctional uterine bleeding(P<0.05);endometrial thickness, endometrial abnormal blood flow signal among patients with different pathological types There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),especially the endometrial thickness was significantly different(P<0.01)Conclusion:1.postmenopausal uterine bleeding is dominated by benign lesions, but malignant lesions still account for 10.5%,must be highly valued;2.Unfertility,diabetes mellitus, hypertension, obesity, hyperlipidemia and other metabolic diseases and uterine fibroids can cause qualitative changes in the uterine cavity in postmenopausal women, and even increase the risk of malignant transformation;3.Postmenopausal women should be on time physical examination, through pelvic ultrasound(intimal thickness, blood flow)to predict and assess the incidence of postmenopausal uterine cavity disease.
