To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Qi Stagntion And Blood Stasis Type Inflammatory Infertility

Background:The incidence of tubal inflammatory obstruction is significantly increased in recent years,which is one of the common causes of female infertility,accounting for about 20%～40%[1].Although modern medicine has great progress in the treatment of the disease,the Chinese medicine still has the advantage of non replacement.Inflammatory obstruction of fallopian tube is because kinds of pathogen infection that can cause inflammation,damage fallopian tube endothelium and tube wall,result in lumen obstruction,fallopian tube hardening distortion,associate with the surrounding tissue adhesion.At lost it may effect the combination of sperm and egg,and then lead to infertility.Acupuncture treatment can stimulate the body regulating function,dredge channels and collaterals and blood stasis,promote uterine and chongren’s blood flow,fill the blood,remove the disturbance of microcirculation,improve local blood flow of the pelvis,release the conglutination and promote the absorption of inflammatory necrosis.Which can achieve the purpose of fallopian tube re pass[2].Furthermore acupuncture has some other advantages such as the pain is light,easy to operate,cheap,little side effects,patients are more willing to accept and so on.Objective:This topic is under the guidance of the TCM theory,which observed the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment on qi stagnation and blood stasis type of tubal inflammatory infertility through clinical practice.The purpose is to find a more effective treatment for this disease,promote the fallopian tube patency and reduce the pain and economic burden of patients.We want to provide a clinical basis for inflammatory infertility by acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type of fallopian tube.Methods:97 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 49 cases,30 cases completed,19 cases lost,control group 48 cases,31 cases completed,17 cases lost.One was true acupuncture and hydrotubation group and another was sham acupuncture and hydrotubation group.The time and course of treatment of two groups were all the same.Results:① Tubal patency:The total effective rate of treatment group was 73.3%;yet the control group’s was 54.8%.So it had significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).② TCM symptoms:The total effective rate of treatment group was 66.7%;yet the control group’s was 48.4%.It had significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).③ Clinical signs:The total effective rate of treatment group was 73.3%;yet the control group’s was 35.5%.Which means it had significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of true acupuncture and hydrotubation on qi stagnation and blood stasis type of tubal inflammatory infertility is much better than another method.So acupuncture is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
