Clinical Observation Of ShuGanJianPiHuaYing-Decotion’s Treatment In Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis With Hypothyroidism (Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Object: The main purpose of this clinical observation is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ShuGanJianPiHuaYing-Decotion in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism.Objective to evaluate the curative effect of Shugan Jianpi Hua Ying Decoction through observing the level of thyroid function,the level of thyroid antibody and the improvement of related symptoms before and after the treatment of Shugan Jianpi gal decoction,so as to provide a new method and train of thought for clinical treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in TCM.Method:60 cases of Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)were included in the outpatient and ward visits of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all the TCM syndromes belonged to the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency.According to the randomized,controlled clinical trial method,60 cases were observed,and 30 cases in the control group.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with ShuGanJianPiHuaYing-Decotion and Euthyrox.The control group was only treated with Euthyrox.The observation time of each group was 3 courses(3 months).Were recorded before and after treatment in the detection of thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4),the antibody titer level(TPO-Ab,TG-Ab),thyroid ultrasound,TCM syndrome integral,safety inspection,check every months after the end of the experiment.All the data through statistical analysis,to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Result: By comparing the experimental data,it was found that the treatment group(ShuGanJianPiHuaYing-Decotion and Euthyrox)and the control group(Euthyrox)can effectively reduce the TSH,rise the FT3 and FT4.And the advantage of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group.The treatment group can effectively reduce the level of TPO-Ab and TG-Ab(P<0.05).In improving the thickness of the thyroid isthmus,the volume of the thyroid,the TCM syndrome group was obviously better than the control group.In the clinical observation group,no adverse reaction was found in the control group.Conclusion:The Shuganjianpihuaying Decoction in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis on liver stagnation and spleen deficiency can effectively improve symptoms of patients,has more advantages in improving the level of thyroid hormone with euthyroxcompared to simple euthyrox,and ShuGanJianPiHuaYing-Decotion has certain hormones.At the same time,ShuGanJianPiHuaYing-Decotion can also reduce the concentration of autoimmune antibody TPO-Ab and TG-Ab,and alleviate the development of the disease.It is proved that it is effective and safe to treat Hashimoto by ShuGanJianPiHuaYing-Decotion.
