Jieyu Tongluo Xiaoying Decoction In The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis With Hypothyroidism Period (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Purpose: This paper observe Chinese medicine Jieyu Tong Luo Xiao Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of bridge’s thyroiditis(Hashimoto status and HT)hypothyroid phase(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome clinical safety and effectiveness,in order to further improve the clinical effects of the traditional Chinese medicine to the treatment of HT to provide new ideas and new methods.Method: This study follows the principle of randomized,controlled,and observation of72 cases with HT thyroid function hypothyroidism hypothyroidism,referred to as hypothyroidism)patients and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 36 cases.In control group at rest,psychological adjustment based on the basis of the treatment,and given oral levothyroxine sodium tablets(euthyrox);treatment group in the control group on the basis,combined with oral solution stagnation Tongluo Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of.3 courses of treatment,12 weeks.All patients were measured before and after treatment of thyroid hormone levels(FT3,FT4,TSH),thyroid autoantibodies titer(TPO-Ab,TG-Ab),thyroid enlargement degree and TCM syndrome score evaluation.Safety and efficacy evaluation after the end of the trial.Result: Jieyu Tong Luo Xiao gall decoction combined with euthyrox treatment HT hypothyroidism in reduced TPO AB,TG AB,TSH,elevated FT4,reduction of thyroid volume,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce euthyrox amount compared with the control group(pure euthyrox)has obvious advantages(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect was good,and there were no adverse reactions in the course of the study.Conclusion: Jieyu Tong Luo Xiao Xiaoying Decoction improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of thyroid hormones,reduce the TPO AB,TG AB levels,reduce thyroid volume aspect is superior to western medicine in the control group.No toxic side effects were found in clinical observation.With soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,regulating the flow of Qi and phlegm resolving and collateral unblocking therapy for HT to reduceautoimmune,and delay the disease,but it still need further improvement.Through the clinical observation that Jieyu Tongluo Xiaoying Decoction can provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of Chinese medicine HT.
