The Clinical Observation Of Fire Needle Therapy Combined Flash Cupping And Add Minocycline Hydrochloride Tablets For The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris

ObjectiveThis study was to observe the effects and security of Fire needle therapy combined flash cupping and add Minocycline Hydrochloride Tablets for acne vulgaris to clear the therapeutic effect and clinical practical value.In order to provide the clinical treatment of ance vulgaris with the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment which is simple,inexpensive and efficient.Methods1.Grouping:in this study,a randomized comparison method was used,and 60 patients who met the standard acne vulgaris were enrolled into the group,and were randomly divided into two groups: 30 people in the treatment group and the 30 in the control group.2.Treatment regimens:the treatment group was used the fire needle and flash cupping treatment combined with minocycline hydrochloride tablets.the control group was just used the minuocycline hydrochloride tablet.Each group was treated continuously for 6weeks.3.Observation methods: 2 groups of subjects(GAGS)were evaluated before treatment,4 weeks and 6 weeks respectively,and the results were compared after treatment.And record whether there are adverse reactions and time,symptoms,whether they can be handled in a timely manner and disappear.Results1.All participants’ general condition such as gender,age,and age distribution,duration distribution and cure before skin points by the statistical analysis,were all P > 0.05,there were no statistically significant difference between two groups of subjects were comparable.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,both groups of skin points were reduced,with P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating thatboth groups were effective after 4 weeks of treatment.After 4 weeks,the difference between the two groups was compared with the difference before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.After 6 weeks of treatment,both groups showed a significant decrease in skin loss,with P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups were effective in the treatment of acne after 6 weeks.After 6 weeks,the difference between the two groups was compared with the difference before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group after 6 weeks of treatment.Two groups of treatment of 4 weeks,6 weeks lesion integral differential value comparison,P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,and that during the 4 weeks after treatment and 6 weeks,the treatment group and control group on the improvement of the acne skin integral effect.3.After 6 weeks of treatment,treatment group: 2 cases(6.7%),11 cases(36.7%),14 cases(46.7%),3 cases(10.0%),and the total effective rate was90.0%.Control group: 1 case(3.3%),8 cases(26.7%),13 cases(43.3%),8 cases(26.7%),and the total effective rate was 73.3%.Statistical tests showed that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(minocycline hydrochloride).Conclusions1.The treatment group(the fire needle and flash cupping treatment +minocycline hydrochloride)and the control group(minocycline hydrochloride)are effective treatments for acne treatment.2.The fire needle and flash cupping treatment can improve acne symptoms faster,but minocycline hydrochloride may inhibit the new development of acne rash.3.Combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of acne vulgaris,the treatment of acne vulgaris is more effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
