| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection of gastrodin in treatment of PCIV(liver yang hyperactivity type),and provide theoretical basis for the treatment and prevention of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in the future.MethodsIt was determined that that diagnosis of the third department of neurology of the first affiliated hospital in henan university of Chinese medicine was diagnose as the 62 patients with PCIV of liver yang hyperactivity type, and 62 patients were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups,31 cases in each group. All patients were treated with 5% GS250ml+ danhong injection of 40 ml,once a day,0.9% NS250ml+sodium ozagrel injection of80 mg,once a day,a total of 14 days of treatment;at the same time, the two groups were treated with ordinary acupuncture treatment for bilateral taiyang, touwei, baihui and fengchi, once a day,14 days for a course of treatment, day 7 and 14 day rest, one course of treatment(14 days). And on a daily basis, the treatment group was treated with 1ml of gastrodininjection in taichong and taixiacupoints, once a day,14 days for a course of treatment, day 7 and 14 day rest, one course of treatment(14 days);and the control group had only basic treatment. The treatment lasted one course of treatment.Record before and one course of treatment after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral,Transcranial doppler sonography of patients with cerebral basilar artery(BA),left vertebral artery(LVA)and right vertebral artery(RVA)blood systolic flow velocity(Vs)index changes, and carries on the analysis of evaluation.Result1.Comparison of general baseline data between the treatment group and the control group(including age, sex, past history, course of disease, etc.)was not statistically significant(P<0.05),which was comparable.2.After the treatment of the two groups, the treatment group had significantly improved the patient’s clinical symptoms, and increased the rate of the systolic blood flow, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, two groups of patients were compared in the group, and the results showed that the two groups of treatment methods could improve the clinical symptoms and increase systolic peak blood flow velocity after treatment, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.No significant adverse reactions were found in this clinical study.ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of acupoint injection of gastrodin injection in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(liver Yang hyperactivity type)was significant. It was found that acupuncture point injection can improve that clinical symptom of the patient more obviously, and the vertebral basilar artery systolic peak velocity was significantly increased by transcranial doppler ultrasound, and the cerebral blood flow was obviously increased.During treatment with no adverse reaction, good safety,it is worthy of clinical treatment of the disease promotion and application. |
