Clinical Study On The Circulation Of Ischemic Vertigo After Injection In Fengchi Acupoint

Objective : This topic is about a special kind of treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo-the fengchi hole water injection.The clinical symptom scale and dizziness vertigo score scale were used to rate,and dizziness level was observed before and after treatment.At the same time,the patients’ vertebral artery blood flow was under the monitoring before and after treatment.The curative effect and mechanism of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the fengchi hole water injection was discussed.The results provide powerful evidence for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods: According to the time order,90 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were divided into three groups randomly according to random number table method : water injection group,the ordinary acupuncture group and drug group.Each group included 30 cases.Water group: select the fengchi hole for injection points,skin disinfection,take 2 ml syringe to pump promethazine injection 1 ml,and the needles are inserted in the direction of the nasal tip about 1.5 cm.Injecting drugs slowly after waiting for patients with acid,hemp,weight,stretch back to the drawing no blood,and then used cotton balls to press pinhole and disinfect again.Repeat it every other day and take turns at both sides.Drug group: oral mesylate(min)6mg three times a day.Ordinary acupuncture group: take the will,the wind pool,closed in,hong leong points according to patients’ personal condition.Give patients acupuncture with 2 inch acupuncture needles after routine disinfection.Let the needles remain for30 minutes after the patients feel the “qigan”-a feeling of soreness,swelling or tingle.Repeat it once a day.The observation period of the three groups was two weeks.Evaluate the three groups of patients both before and after treatment with dizziness,vertigo disorder disease clinical symptoms scale scale selection table(DHI-s)and vertigo rating scale(DARS).Vertebral artery and left and right vertebral artery systolic and diastolic peak flow velocity of the TCD were observed before and after thetreatment.The digital statistics of three methods of treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were analyzed to evaluate judge the quality of the three methods.Results:1、Before and after treatment in the group,the scores of the TCM syndromes and the vertigo rating scale were significantly lower than those before the treatment,with significant difference(p < 0.01).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of the lower vertebral artery and the left and right vertebral artery of the TCD was higher than that before the treatment,and there was a significant difference(p < 0.05).2、Comparison of clinical efficacy before and after treatment between groups: the scores of the TCM syndrome evaluation scale,DHI-S and DARS: no significant difference between the groups before treatment(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1、Injection of water needle,ordinary acupuncture,and betatoxic acid betastine were effective after oral treatment of ischemic vertigo.2、The efficacy of injection needle injection in fengchi point was better than that of oral methylic acid betahistine;3 、 The efficacy of injection needle injection in fengchi point is better than that of ordinary acupuncture group.
