| Objective:To analyze the cases of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by Professor Yang Guohong from January 2014 to December 2017 in the first affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine.To discuss the rule of professor Yang Guohong’s treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,summarize the experience and academic thought of tutor’s treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and provide some references for clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:we collected outpatients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)according to the condition of inclusion,set up a database bank with SPSS23.0,analyzed the high frequency drugs by statistical frequency analysis,and compared the four kinds of high frequency drugs.Five kinds of drugs were collected and their frequency statistics were carried out,and the high frequency drugs were analyzed by cluster statistics.The close relationship of drug pair and cluster prescription group was summarized,and the experience and law of professor Yang Guohong in treating chronic atrophic gastritis were discussed.Results: According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,281 cases were collected,145 cases were males and 136 cases were females.The composition ratio of males was slightly higher than that of females.The proportion of patients aged 51-60 years with different age groups was higher than that of other age groups.In terms of symptoms,the main symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis were 108 cases of stomachache and 108 cases of gastric distension.There were 13 cases of heart-burning,10 cases of pantothenic acid,10 cases of anodyne,10 cases of vomiting,2 cases of belching,1 case of noise,and 1 case of others(19 cases,including no obvious discomfort,chest tightness,nausea,etc.).In this study,281 prescriptions were collected and 94 kinds of drugs were used.The total frequency was 3783,of which 48 drugs were used more than 15 times,3261 times,accounting for 86.2 times of the total frequency,more than 100 times of the drugs have 14 taste,a total of 1971 times,The statistics of high frequency drugs showed that the drugs for regulating qi(16.68% of high frequency drugs)and for reinforcing deficiency drugs(15.85% of high frequency drugs)were used the most.The first 14 kinds of high frequency drugs were used from the high frequency to the end in order of 197 times,180 times,166 times,158 times,154 times,138 times,136 times,respectively.Scutellaria baicalensis 135 times,Magnolia officinalis 125 times,Rhizoma yanhusuo 125 times,Atractylodes macrocephala 123 times,Codonopsis lanceolata 122 times,Amomum aurantii 106 times,Fructus Aurantii 106 times,are the main drugs used by tutors to treat chronic atrophic gastritis.Among the high frequency drugs,21 were used 1611 times,accounting for 49.07 of the high frequency drugs.The five flavor studies showed that the most used drugs were bitter drugs,and 24 of the high frequency drugs were used 1650 times.The most frequently used drugs were spleen,stomach,liver,lung,heart,kidney,large intestine,gallbladder,trijiao,pericardium,pericardium,ascription of spleen channel and stomach meridian.Drug combination group 3.Conclusion: Tutor professor guo-hong Yang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis to the main drug and qi,tonify deficiency medicine(mostly tonifying qi and blood tonic medicine),phlegm cough antiasthmatic,medicine,qushi medicine and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs;The medicine used by the tutor for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis mainly consists of warm and cold medicine,with bitter,sweet and spicy flavor,and spleen and stomach meridian. |
