Bushenyiqihuoxuefang In The Treatment Of Asymptomatic Asthenozoospermia's Clinical Study

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of tonifying kidney replenishing qi and invigorate the circulation of blood decoction in the treatment of asymptomatic asthenozoospermia infertility by observing the sperm quality of infertility patients with asymptomatic asthenospermia before and after the treatment,comparing the various parameters,and conducting random and control study.Methods:The 120 patients in this case were the first to be diagnosed in February2017 to November 2017 at the outpatient department of Reproductive and Andrology centre of Henan Province Hospital of TCM.They were divided into treatment and control groups randomly.60 patients in the treatment group were treated with tonifying kidney replenishing qi and invigorate the circulation of blood Decoction;60patients in the control group were treated with Levocarnitine oral solution and vitamin E,and 12 weeks are 1 course of treatment.The follow-up visits were conducted during the treatment and 4 weeks after a course of treatment.The focus of follow-up visits are keeping records of their semen quality and their spouse pregnancy status on after the treatment,and then,we compare and evaluate the difference of the two groups'curative effects.Results:Among these cases,1 case from the treatment group was drop,3 ceases from the control group was drop or removed,the remaining 116 clinical observations met the evaluation criteria.In the treatment group of 59 cases,9 cases are ineffective,4cases are clinically cured,21 cases are markedly effective,25 cases are effective,so this group's effective rate is 84.75%.Among the 57 patients in the control group,22cases are invalid,2 cases are clinically cured and 13 cases are markedly effective,20cases are effective,and the total effective rate is 61.40%.With the Pearson?~2comparing the two groups,the effective rate of the treatment group are better than the control group,because the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),and curative effect of the treatment group are better than the control group with Kruskal-Wallis H(P<0.05).Applying analysis of variance to compare the semen parameters of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.The semen volume,sperm density,sperm linear velocity,A+B sperm motility,activity of sperm acrosin,rate of sperm tail swelling,and the rate of normal morphological sperm in the two groups have improved after treatment(P<0.05).There are no difference between the groups in terms of semen volume,activity of sperm acrosin,rate of sperm tail swelling and the rate of normal morphological sperm(P>0.05).By the sperm density,linear velocity of sperm,A+B sperm motility swelling in the treatment group are better than the control group(P<0.05).And it is saw that no obvious toxic side effects in the treatment group.Conclusion:BuShenYiQiHuoXueFang can better improve the sperm motility of asymptomatic asthenozoospermia infertility and it is an effective prescription for improving the clinical efficacy of asymptomatic patients with infertility.And,the clinical application of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Fang is safe.
