Clinical Study On Yiqihuoxue Decoction In Treating Elderly Patients With Isolated Systolic Hypertension (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on the blood pressure of isolated systolic hypertension(deficiency of qi and blood stasis)in the elderly,and further explore whether it can improve the vascular compliance,and provide new ideas for the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly.Methods: We began to collect inpatients meeting the inclusion criteria in the Department of Geriatrics of Gansu Province from December 1st,2016.We completed the required study cases to be included in the work as of November 15,2017.A total of 60 cases were included,based on the random numbers collected.Group,treatment group 30,control group 30,treatment group: Yiqi Huoxue Fang + amlodipine besylate tablet;control group: Naoxintong capsule + amlodipine besylate tablet,prescribed treatment 3 course(4 After week),detect and record the changes of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,antihypertensive effect,TCM syndrome,TCM symptom score,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),and lipids in the two groups.All acquired data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Corresponding statistical analysis results are obtained and analyzed to conclude.Results:1.Comparison of ambulatory blood pressure between the two groups: Both24 hSBP and PP in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and 24 h DBP increased compared with that before treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.2.The comparison of antihypertensive effect between the two groups: The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group;the total effective rate was86.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.3.The comparison of two groups of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%;The total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;4.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared: the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group;5.The blood lipids of the two groups were compared: TG,TC,LDL-C was lower than before treatment,and HDL-C was higher thanbefore treatment.There was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.6.IMT comparison between the two groups: IMT of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and there was statistical difference in the groups.The significance(P<0.05)and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with amlodipine besylate can reduce systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of isolated systolic hypertension;Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with amlodipine besylate can improve Traditional Chinese medicine symptom of qi deficiency and blood stasis type elderly isolated systolic hypertension;Yiqi Huoxue can reduce TG,TC,and LDL-C in senile isolated systolic hypertension patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type and increase HDL-C;In order to reduce carotid intima-media thickness in patients with isolated systolic hypertension with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
