Objective:Discussion of coronary artery lesions in patients with blood Homocysteine(Homocysteine,HCY),Fibrinogen(Fibrinogen,FIB)and coronary angiography shows the relationship between coronary artery lesion severity, provide clinical basis for evaluation of related risk factors of coronary heart disease. Methods: Choose from September 2015 to August 2017 during the period of 310 patients in Tianjin First Central Hospital cardiovascular ward for coronary heart disease.Collect the baseline data,HCY,FIB,blood lipid.Gensini score according to coronary angiography results in patients with stenosis.Gensini score>0 were divided into coronary artery stenosis group, then further divided into the mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group. Then according to the number of coronary artery lesions revealed by coronary angiography, the coronary artery stenosis group was divided into:single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group and three lesion group.Study on the correlation between the severity of coronary artery stenosis in each group with the corresponding HCY,FIB,blood lipid, and the importance of the index of coronary atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease risk. Results:The clinical characteristics of the selected patients were statistically analyzed. The average age of the coronary stenosis group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of hypertension was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the incidence of diabetes in coronary artery stenosis group was higher(P<0.05).It is indicated that the age, hypertension and diabetes in the baseline data of patients have a greater influence on coronary heart disease, and the greater the age,and the accompanying hypertension or diabetes, the greater the risk of coronary heart disease.Coronary stenosis group of HCY,FIB level is higher than the control group(P<0.01),the TG is higher than the control group(P<0.01),compared with its low level of HDL-C group(P<0.01),coronary stenosis of LDL-C level is higher than the control group(P<0.01).The above results suggest that the higher the level of HCY,FIB,TG,LDL-C and lower HDL-C,the higher the risk of coronary heart disease. The age of the three lesion groups was larger than that of the single group(P<0.05),and the proportion of males was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05),the proportion of smoking was higher(P<0.05),and the proportion of alcohol consumption was significantly higher(P<0.01).The HCY level of the three groups was significantly higher than that of the single group(P<0.01),and the HCY level of the two groups was higher(P<0.05),but the HCY level of the three groups was slightly lower than that of the two groups. The analysis showed that coronary heart disease incidence and with age, sex, smoking, drinking, diabetes, coronary artery lesion counts influenced by HCY,FIB level, the higher the level of HCY,FIB,the heavier coronary lesions.Research according to the Gensini score group of light, medium and heavy, between the three groups in age,BMI,smoking,no statistical difference in history,in male were moderately high in the mild group(P<0.05),severe group were significantly higher(P<0.01).In the proportion of alcohol consumption, the severe group was significantly higher than the mild group(P<0.01).The moderate group had a higher proportion of hypertension(P<0.05),and the proportion of severe hypertension was higher than that in the mild group(P <0.05).The proportion of diabetes in the three groups increased successively(P <0.05).Patients with severe set of HCY,TC,LDL-C level higher than that of mild and moderate group(P<0.05),FIB level of severe group was significantly higher than that of light,in the two groups(P<0.01),compared with severe group,in the light, the two groups higher HDL-C(P<0.01).The results indicated that gender, alcohol consumption, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and HCY,FIB,HDL-C,LDL-C and TC had a significant effect on coronary artery disease. Conclusions:The relationship between HCY and FIB and the degree of coronary artery disease is close, and the assessment of the risk of coronary artery disease is more significant, which can be used for clinical prediction of the severity of coronary heart disease.
