Clinical Evaluation On The Treatment Of Acute Eczema With Ozonated Water Hydropathiccompress Combined With Desonide Cream

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of ozonated water hydropathiccompress combined with desonide cream in the treatment of acute eczema.Methods:The 60 cases of acute eczema patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with ozonated water wet compress and then coated with Desonide cream,the control group was treated with 3%boric acid solution wet and then coating Desonide cream,two groups were oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,treatment for 2 weeks.In the same order,before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,Eczema area and severity index(the EASI)score will be evaluated and the adverse reactions will be observed.Results:There was no clear diversity in the basic information between the two groups(P>0.05).Between the two groups have no obvious difference in the EASI score before treatment(P>0.05).The EASI scores of both groups decreased at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,and there was a significant difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The EASI scores in the experimental group were clearly lower than the EASI scores in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks of treatment(all P<0.05).After 1week of treatment,among the clinical observations,the erythema,edema/papules and exfoliation scores of the experimental groups were all lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the scores of mossy,exudation/scab and area were lower than those in the control group(all P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,erythema,edema/papules and area scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the scores of exfoliation,mossification,exudation/scab were lower than those of the control group(all P>0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group on the 1st and 2nd week(x~2 test,both P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the course of treatment.Conclusion:Ozonated water wet compress combined with Desonide Cream and 3%boric acid solution wet compress combined with Desonide Cream treatment of acute eczema have a good effect;the former has better efficacy and can significantly improve the efficiency.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of acute eczema with ozonated water wet application and Desonide Cream,which have good security.
