Observation And Histological Analysis Of Axillary Osmidrosis Treated With Small Incision Of Axillary Fold

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of axillary fold small incision in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis,and to analyze the histological structure of apocrine sweat glands,further clarify the distribution level and range of apocrine sweat glands,and guide the operation treatment.Methods:Select 39 cases of patients with osmidrosis patients,using the axillary fold small incision surgery(group A),beyond the scope of the 0.5cm separation of armpit skin flabby,Selection of armpit skin relaxation in patients with axillary central and armpit hair rim 0.5cm to 1.0cm excision of the skin tissue,the depth to the fat layer,analysis of pathological histology observation,apocrine level and range density,etc.A retrospective analysis of our department from January 2014 to January 2015 a total of 30 patients,the use of swelling under the anesthesia of apocrine sweat scraping surgery to treat phlegm(B group),observe its postoperative efficacy and occurrence of the disease,and with The incidence of complications and the efficacy of bleb stench treatment with small incisions were statistically analyzed.Results:The cure rate was 97.44% in the small incision surgery group and the cure rate of 80.00% in the 30 patients with stench under the swelling anesthesia.and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications(P > 0.05)in the group of small incision in axillary folds and in the treatment group with swollen anaesthesia.Axillary plica small incision operation group biopsy specimens showed that apocrine glands were distributed in the deep dermis,dermis fat border area and superficial fat layer.There are a few large sweat glands at the armpits edge 0.5cm distance,edge 1 cm no sweat glands,deep fat was not observed in apocrine sweat gland.Conclusion:Axillary fold small incision for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis is reliable and the postoperative recurrence rate is lower than that under the tumescent anesthesia.It should be noted that the depth and width of apocrine glands should be pruned during operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.The distribution of apocrine glands has a good guiding significance for clinical treatment ofaxillary osmidrosis.
