Purpose:In this study,patients with Multiple Tic were treated with acupuncture Shu-points of the five-organs combined with auricular point therapy and pure auricular therapy,and the clinical efficacy was compared and analyzed.The main purpose of this study is to study the unique advantages of Shu-points of the five-organs combined with auricular point therapy in the treatment of Multiple Tic.To explore the appropriate method of acupuncture combined therapy for the treatment of this disease,to provide theoretical support and clinical reference for the treatment of Multiple Tic.Method:Selecting 72 patients of Multiple Tic that conforming to Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and inclusion standard,and randomly dividing them into treatment group(Shu-points of the five-organs combined with auricular point therapy)and control group(pure auricular therapy)36 cases,during the treatment,the treatment group fell off of 6 cases,and observed 30 cases actually,control group fell off of 6 cases,and observed 30cases.Two groups are one course of treatment,a course of treatment for 20 days.Before and after the treatment.respectively,the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and TCM syndrome observation integral scale score,comparison and analysis the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results:1.before the treatment,two groups of patients’ gender,age,course of the disease,motor tic total integral,sex tic total score,primary symptom total integral,the severity total integral,TCM syndrome integral,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the baseline data were comparable in two groups;2.the comparison between before and after the treatment of motor tic total integral,sex tic total score,primary symptom total integral,the severity total integral,TCM syndrome integral was statistically significant(P<0.05)of the two groups,so did the comparison between the two groups after the treatment.3.the two groups for the treatment of Multiple Tic both had good curative effects,the total effective rate of Shu-points of the five-organs combined with auricular point therapy group was 93.33%,the pure auricular therapy group was 76.77%,the comparison of curative effect was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups;Conclusion:acupuncture Shu-points of the five-organs combined with auricular point therapy and pure auricular therapy both can ease the Multiple Tic,and both had good curative effects,but the Shu-points of the five-organs combined with auricular point therapy was more effective and more worthy of promotion. |
