Objective:Through clinical observation, the effect of warm acupuncture therapy on sympathetic cervical spondylosis(hepatorenal insufficiency)was summarized, its clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated, and the mechanism was explored to provide basis for clinical application. Methods: Using the research methods of simple observation, random control and clinical trial,72 cases of patients from the acupuncture department outpatient department of the first clinical hospital of jilin academy of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases each. The selected points in the two groups were the same, and were bilateral: fengchi, anmian, jiaji point of neck 1,transverse process of neck 3,transverse process of neck 5,jiaji point of neck 7,ganshu and shenshu. The control group received routine acupuncture, while the treatment group received warm acupuncture and moxibustion at the transverse protrusion needles of neck 3 and neck 5 based on the previous treatment. The treatment was conducted once a day,7 days as a course of treatment, with one day of rest in between. The efficacy was evaluated after two consecutive courses of treatment. Finally, the data were summarized, and statistical software SPASS23.0 was used to conduct data statistics on quantitative scores,VAS scores and total effective rates of sympathetic cervical spondylosis before and after treatment respectively, and to observe whether the differences were statistically significant. Results:Based on the statistical results that there was no difference in the distribution of gender, age and course of disease(P>0.05),intra-group and inter-group comparisons were made:1.Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the quantitative scores of symptom grading, single symptom scores and neck pain VAS scores of sympathetic cervical spondylosis between the two groups, indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.After treatment, there were differences in total score, single symptom score and VASscore between the two groups in symptom grading quantification of sympathetic cervical spondylosis and the ratio before treatment(P < 0.05).The scores of the other observation indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,16 cases were obviously effective,7 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 85.3%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were significantly effective,15 cases were effective,and7 cases were not effective, with a total effective rate of 78.1%.By rank-sum test, the efficacy of the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that warm acupuncture and moxibustion for sympathetic cervical spondylosis(liver and kidney insufficiency)had a better clinical efficacy than conventional acupuncture. Conclusion: Warm acupuncture and moxibustion is effective and superior to simple acupuncture in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis(liver and kidney insufficiency),which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the pain caused by cervical vertebra diseases. It is safe to operate, and is a treatment method worthy of recommendation.
