Objective: This subject researches the technical operation methods of warm needling moxibustion combined with chiropractic treatment of cervical spondylosis(qi and blood deficiency type),observes its clinical efficacy, and provides a safe and efficient treatment plan for the treatment of this disease. Methods:In this study,72 patients with cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with warm needle moxibustion combined with chiropractic treatment, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment. Both the treatment group and the control group were treated once a day, with 7days as a course of treatment, with 1 day of rest in between. The curative effect was evaluated after two consecutive courses of treatment.By observing the cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation(ESCV)scale and the TCM syndrome score scale to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this treatment plan, analyze the clinical research data, use the spss22.0 software to perform statistical data, and compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Analyze the clinical effects of the two groups. Results: There were no significant differences in the general data such as age, gender, and course of disease between the two groups of observation subjects,as well as the scores of the ESCV scale and TCM syndrome scores before treatment. They can be compared:(1)Comparison of ESCV scale scores:Comparison within the group: The scores of the treatment group before and after the treatment were compared(P=0.000<0.01),the difference was significant, and the scores after the treatment were higher than before the treatment;the scores of the control group before and after the treatment were compared(P=0.000 <0.01),the difference is significant, and after the end of the treatment course is higher than before the treatment.Comparison between groups: After the treatment period, the two component values of the treatment group and the control group were compared(P=0.025<0.05),the difference was significant, and the value of the treatment component was significantly higher than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of TCM clinical symptom scores:Comparison within the group: The scores of the treatment group before and after the treatment were compared(P=0.000<0.01),and the difference was significant, and the scores after the treatment were lower than before the treatment;the scores of the control group were compared before and after the treatment(P=0.000 <0.01),the difference is significant, and after the end of the treatment course is lower than before the treatment.Comparison between groups;after the treatment period, the two component values of the treatment group and the control group were compared(P=0.044<0.05),the difference was significant, and the value of the treatment component was significantly lower than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:The effective rate of the treatment group was compared with the control group(P>0.05),the difference was not obvious, the cure rate was higher(P<0.05),the difference was significant, and the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:Warming needle moxibustion combined with chiropractic treatment definitely improved the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis, and its effect was better than conventional acupuncture in terms of cure rate.
