Study On Prevention And Control Of Occupational Diseases In Anshan City,Liaoning Province

In the process of rapid economic development in China,the rate of exposure of workers to harmful factors in the process of labor is gradually increasing,and the incidence of occupational diseases is also rising,which greatly damages the health of the workers themselves.It also has a serious impact on families and society as a whole.Studies have shown that the number of occupational diseases in China has increased more than 7 times in the past 50 years.The actual number of cases is significantly higher than the number reported,because the source coverage is less than 10%.Between 2000 and 2010,the number of occupational diseases in China increased at a rate of more than 10,000 cases each year,which was used to pay for occupational hazards.Economic losses are as high as hundreds of billions of yuan,mostly in coal,chemical,nonferrous metals and other industries.Occupational disease harm affects workers' health and life safety,and relates to the overall situation of social stability and economic development,and its seriousness should not be underestimated.Anshan is a heavy industrial city dominated by metallurgy and other traditional industries,including mining,ferrous metal smelting and non-metallic mineral products.But under the new economic form,the Anshan area unceasingly emerges and develops a large number of emerging industries-bag industry,stone mining industry,breeding industry,building materials decoration and other industries,the emergence of new occupational diseases is inevitable.And some chronic common occupational diseases are also rising,to occupational disease prevention and control work put forward new challenges.In the latest opening report of the Nineteenth National Congress,Xi jin ping proposed to solve the "imbalance and inadequacy" of social development,and in the medical field,to strive to achieve "universal health care" of medicine.Therapeutic goals are guaranteed.As an important aspect of improving the health management of citizens in Anshan area,it is particularly important to strengthen the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases among workers in Anshan City and to ensure the sustainable development of occupational health management of the labor force in Anshan City.According to the present situation of occupational disease prevention and control in Anshan City,this paper puts forward the idea of expanding the concept of occupational disease prevention and control.According to the current occupational disease prevention and control problems in Anshan City,this paper summarizes and analyzes the prevention,control and protection of occupational disease.Starting from the aspects of government supervision,prevention and control,and the occupational health care of enterprises themselves,it is suggested that various countermeasures should be implemented to solve the problem of occupational disease prevention and control in Anshan area.
