Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Children With Nonspecific Chronic Cough By The Acupiont Application Combined With Child Massage

Objective:This topic with acupoint sticking effective pediatric nonspecific chronic cough as the research object,by the method of randomized controlled trials and divided into acupuncture points were applied combined infantile tuina group and infantile tuina group,to observe the effects of acupoint sticking therapy for diseases,thus carries on the clinical curative effect evaluation,to clinical acupoint sticking therapy of pediatric nonspecific chronic cough accurate drug and acupuncture point provides the basis.Methods:A total of 72 cases of volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into acupoint application combined with children’s massage group and children’s massage group.To evaluate the changes of patients’ scales before and after treatment,and to analyze the intervention results of different groups on patients in various fields.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender and age composition between the two groups(p>0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference in the scale items and total scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).3.LCQ scale:The pre-and post-treatment and intergroup comparisons of physiological dimension and psychological dimension scores were statistically significant(p<0.05);The comparison of social dimension scores before and after the experimental group was different(p<0.05);while the comparison of social dimension scores before and after the control group was not different(p>0.05);and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Children’s chronic cough symptom and sign scale:cough degree,cough frequency,lung auscultation,pharynx,tonsil and tongue image integral difference before and after the comparison and comparison between groups were statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05);The difference between drymouth and stool symptom scores before and after the comparison was statistically significant(p<0.05);the comparison between groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).5.In the experimental group,1 case was cured,4 cases were effective,23 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and in the control group,1 case was effective,22 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 87% in the experimental group and 71% in the control group.Conclusion: Both acupoint application and infantile massage can effectively treat children’s non-specific chronic cough,and the effect of acupoint application combined with infantile massage group is better than that of infantile massage group.
