Analysis Of Acupoint Selection Rule Ofacupuncture Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining technology,the data analysis of acupoint prescription of acupuncture treatment for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS)was analyzed,the characteristics and rules of acupuncture treatment for PCOS were explored,and the potential common acupoint combination and new acupoint prescription were explored,in order to provide certain theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical acupuncture treatment of PCOS.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this literature study,retrieving the literature of clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture for PCOS in the four major Chinese databases,to extract the information on the TCM syndrome type and acupoint prescription of PCOS involved in the literature,standard TCM certificate type and acupoint name,establishing the original database of acupoint prescription for PCOS,data analysis and mining by IBM SPSS Modeler 18 and SPSS 26.0 software.Finally,the common TCM acupuncture types,high frequency acupoints,meridians,acupoint position,specific points,the relationship of acupoints and meridians and the combination of acupuncture for PCOS are obtained.Results:1.A total of 157 articles were selected in this study,126 acupuncture prescriptions were obtained,and 19 PCOS TCM certificates were mentioned,including 98 different acupoints,15 meridians,distributed in 5 parts of the human body,involving 7 specific points.2.Among the 19 statistical syndrome types,the number of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome ranked first,followed by kidney deficiency and sputum wet syndrome and sputum wet block syndrome.3.Among the 98 acupoints included,according to the frequency of use,the top 10 acupoints are Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Uterine acupoint,Zhongji,Qihai,Zusanli,Shenshu,Fenglong,Xuehai and Qichong;among the 15 meridians,according to the frequency of use,the top 5 are Ren Meridian,Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin,Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and Du Meridian.Acupoints are divided according to human parts.The acupoints distributed in this study are mainly located in human lower limbs,chest,abdomen and back and waist.According to the frequency of use of specific points,rendezvous,fundraising and five losing points ranked the top three.4.In the association rules of acupoints,the five groups of points wer e found to be the combination of "Guanyuan-Zusanli-Uterine acupoint","Guanyuan-Qihai-Uterine acupoint","Guanyuan-Zusanli-Uterine acupointSanyinjiao","Guanyuan-Zhongji-Uterine acupoint Sanyinjiao" and "Guanyu an-Qihai-Uterine acupoint-Sanyinjiao";the commonly used meridian combi nation is "Ren meridian-Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin".5.Through cluster analysis of acupoints,five sets of potential new acupoints are prescribed:(1)Guilai,Hegu,Shuidao,Diji;(2)Neiguan,Yanglingquan,Baihui,Fenglong,Yinlingquan,Taichong,Taixi,Zhongwan,Qimen,Gongsun;(3)Shenshu,Pishu,Ganshu,Geshu,Ciliao and Mingmen;(4)Zhongji,Qixue and Qihai;(5)Guanyuan,Uterine acupoint,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Xuehai,Tianshu.Conclusion:1.The 19 PCOS TCM certificates found in this documentary evidence study were mainly kidney deficiency and blood stasis certificates.2.PCOS attaches importance to the efficacy of acupoints and meridian acupoints,and the commonly used acupoints are Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Uterine acupoint,Zhongji,Qihai.The selection of acupoints also pays attention to the application of external points and specific points.The compatibility relationship of acupoints reflects the compatibility between near and far,up and down,and front and back.3.According to the association rules and cluster analysis results,the acupuncture point combination,new prescriptions are(1)Guilai,Hegu,Shuidao,Diji;(2)Neiguan,Yanglingquan,Baihui,Fenglong,Yinlingquan,Taichong,Taixi,Zhongwan,Qimen,Gongsun;(3)Shenshu,Pishu,Ganshu,Geshu,Ciliao and Mingmen;(4)Zhongji,Qixue and Qihai;(5)Guanyuan,Uterine acupoint,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Xuehai,Tianshu.
