Clinical Study Of Guben Runchang Ointment In Treating Slow Transit Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety,long-term efficacy and effects of Guben Runchang cream on patients with slow transit constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and to compare with some gastrointestinal hormones,in order to compare with those who took polyethylene glycol 4000 Provide a basis for the promotion and use of the cream.Methods 60 patients with STC who met the conditions in the outpatient clinic and inpatient department of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the ointment group and the control group.Oral Guben Runchang cream and polyethylene glycol 4000 scattered,starting from the the day of medication,every 28 days for a course of treatment,a total of three courses.Observe and record the clinical overall efficacy,major and minor symptom scores,drug onset time,serum substance P(SP)and somatostatin(SS)levels,colonic transmission test changes,safety and follow-up.And use the statistical software SPSS21.0 to analyze the recorded data.Results ⑴The two groups were diagnosed with general information(including age,gender,course of disease),pre-treatment main symptoms(frequency of defecation,fecal traits,use of laxatives,bloating,single bowel movements,etc.),secondary symptoms(tired fatigue,reduced food intake)There was no significant difference in the number of serum SP and SS and the number of residual developing sputum in the colon(P>0.05).⑵In terms of safety,there was no abnormality in drug allergy or adverse reactions or liver and kidney function during the three courses of treatment in the ointment group and the control group.⑶In terms of overall clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the ointment group and the control group were 93.33% and 76.67%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the efficacy distribution between the two groups(P<0.05).⑷In terms of clinical symptoms,the primary and secondary symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),the main symptoms after treatment(P<0.05),and the secondary symptoms after treatment(P<0.01).⑸In terms of onset time,the time and distribution of drug onset were compared between the two groups(P<0.05).⑹In terms of serum SP and SS levels,there was a significant difference in serum SP and SS levels between the two groups(P<0.01)in the two groups(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the first course of treatment was worse than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the second course of treatment(P>0.05),and the third course of treatment was better than the control group(P<0.05).⑺In terms of CTT,there was a significant difference between the ointment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).⑻In terms of recurrence,the recurrence rate and recurrence distribution of the ointment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Guben Runchang Ointment is a safe and effective method for the treatment of slow transit constipation(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type).It has obvious and long-lasting and stable curative effect.It is excellent in improving the colonic function and clinical symptoms,overall curative effect and long-term and stable curative effect.It is recommended to use Western medicine polyethylene glycol 4000.2.Guben Runchang cream may improve colonic transmission function by regulating neurotransmitter SP and SS levels,thus treating slow transit constipation(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type).
