Clinical Study On Shantong Tea Conditioning Children With Constipation(Diet Stagnant And Lung Heat Syndrome)

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical cases of children constipation(food accumulation and lung heat)caused by Shantong tea,the clinical effect of Shantong tea on the treatment of children constipation(food accumulation and lung heat)was explored.To observe whether it can improve the treatment efficiency of pediatric constipation,and to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of Shantong tea in the treatment of pediatric constipation.Methods: Among the children with constipation admitted to the outpatient department,60 cases were randomly selected in line with the syndrome of food accumulation and lung heat,and were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group,for observation of the therapeutic effect.Treatment group: patients were treated with Shantong tea alone.Control group: the patients were treated with bifidobacterium triplex live bacteria tablets alone,followed up for 2 treatment courses and 1month.Results: The treatment group(Shantong Tea): cured 10 people,showed 7 people,effective 10 people,invalid 3 people,the total effective rate was 90.00 per cent;Control group(Bifidobacterium triple): 8 cured,7 effective,10 effective,5 ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33 %,the effective comparison between the two groups,comparison of total curative effect,treatment group is better than control group,and The difference between treatment group and control group was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shantong tea conditioning children constipation(food accumulation of lung heat)syndrome type of clear effect.Shantong tea is based on the homology of medicine and food,which not only solves the problem of difficulty in oral Chinese medicine in children,but also exerts the advantages of green therapy,reduces side effects and relapse rate,and is safe and effective.It is worth applying and promoting in clinical treatment.
