The Succession And Development Of Chengjiang School Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion In Quanzhou

The Chengjiang acupuncture school,founded by CHENG Dan-an and supported by numerous disciples including CHENG Xin-nong、QIU Mao-liang、YANG Jia-san、LIU Zhang-jie,etc,is committed to the construction and development of a modern acupuncture academic system,and has made great contribution to promoting acupuncture and extermination.LIU Zhang-jie,a close disciple of CHENG Dan-an,had been studying medicine and training students diligently since he returned home from Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion society.An academic group was gradually formed with Liu as the center and Zhang Yong-shu and Su Jia-fu as the subject leaders,which had promoted the development of acup uncture and moxibustion in Quanzhou.This article aims to study the inheritance and development of Chengjiang acupuncture school in Quanzhou,and to discuss the influence of the academic groups in Quanzhou on the domestic and overseas.Through digging up the inheritance of the Chengjiang acupuncture school in Quanzhou area,this research adopts research methods such as literature research,interview investigation,inductive analysis,etc,to sort out the academic origin and inheritance of the school in Quanzhou,Summarize the personal life,educational thoughts,academic experience,etc.of representative inheritors,discuss the influence of Chengjiang Acupuncture School on the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in Quanzhou,summarize the influence of Quanzhou’s successors on the world.This article has four parts.The first part combs the research status of Chengjiang acupuncture school from three perspectives,including Chen Dan-an’s current research situation、Chengjiang acupuncture school’s research status、Chengjiang acupuncture school’s regional dissemination and development research status.The second part introduces the historical and geographical background of Quanzhou,summarizes the development of ancient and modern acupuncture in Quanzhou.The third part clarifies the general situation of Chengjiang acupuncture school’s inheritance in Quanzhou area,summarizes and analyzes the academic life and inheritance development of representative inheritors,and discusses the characteristic acupuncture of Chengmen’s academic group in Quanzhou.The fourth part discusses the influence of Chengjiang acupuncture school on Quanzhou area,and analyzes the contribution of Quanzhou’s successors to the dissemination of Chengjiang acupuncture school.
