Observation Of Xiaoliu Syrup In The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Phlegm Condensation Type Of Breast Cystic Hyperplasia

Objective: In this study,by observing the changes of breast pain,tenderness,mass diameter,mass texture,mass distribution range and TCM syndrome scores before and after oral administration of Xiaoliu Syrup in patients with breast addiction,this study analyzed the treatment of this drug on patients with mammary gland hyperplasia.It provides a simple,convenient,inexpensive and proven traditional Chinese medicine treatment method for patients with breast hyperplasia due to liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation.Method:Patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland who visited the surgical outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September2020 to September 2021 were selected,63 cases were selected according to the inclusion criteria,and randomly divided into a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 31 cases.The treatment group was given Xiaoliu Syrup orally,and the control group was given Ruhe Sanjie Tablet orally.The two groups were all enrolled within 1 week after menstruation was clean,and were treated with medication for 8 weeks without stopping during menstruation.After 8 weeks of treatment,the breast pain,breast tenderness,mass diameter,mass texture,mass distribution range and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Statistical data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0.The recovered patients were followed up for 1 menstrual cycle after stopping the drug.Results: 60 cases were actually treated(2 cases in the observation group and 1 case in the control group),30 cases in the observation group(Xiaoliu Syrup group)and 30 cases in the control group(Ruhe Sanjie Tablet group).The total effective rate of Xiaoliu Syrup group was 86.67%,and the t otal effective rate of Ruhe Sanjie Tablet group was 73.33%.The comparison between groups was performed by SPSS software,p<0.05,indicating that the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.In the treatment of breast mass size,mass texture,mass distribution range and TCM syndromes,the P values were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In the treatment of breast pain and breast tenderness,the P values were all greater than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion: The overall efficacy of oral Xiaoliu Syrup in the treatment of breast hyperplasia patients is good,and it is higher than that of the Ruhe Sanjie Tablet group.While relieving the patient’s breast pain,reducing the size of the tumor and reducing the distribution of the tumor,it can effectively relieve the patient’s symptoms of chest and flank fullness,depression and irritability,insomnia,dreaminess,upset and bitter mouth,and improve the patient’s quality of life.
