Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Qingwei Powder And Jinlingzi Powder Clinical Observation Of Liver-stomach Stagnation-heat Syndrome

Objective: This study started from the liver and stomach to treat chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and used Qingwei Powder and Jinlingzi Powder to treat chronic non-atrophic gastritis(liver and stomach stagnation syndrome),and used the diagnosis and treatment ideas and method of traditional Chinese medicine to establish soothing the liver and heat-clearing and Relieving regulating stomach ascending qi,which is to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome).Methods: The data of this experiment were obtained from patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome)diagnosed by the Department of Hepatic Spleen and Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients who were collected strictly according to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a ratio of 1:1,and each group was 30 patients.The treatment group was treated with Qingwei Powder and Jinlingzi Powder(twice a day,150 ml each time,orally after breakfast and dinner),and the control group was treated with Dalitong,granules(one bag at a time,6g per bag,3 times a day,after three meals orally).28 days after treatment,the symptoms of TCM and gastric mucosa were observed before and after treatment,and the efficacy evaluation and analysis of TCM symptom scores and gastric mucosal scores before and after treatment were evaluated and analyzed.Results:1.Baseline comparison between the two groups before treatmentA total of 72 patients were collected in two groups after removing the cases of exfoliation and exclusion.Finally,60 patients(30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group)completed the whole case observation.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age,gender,TCM symptom score before treatment,and gastric mucosal score(P > 0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment2.1 Comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups after treatmentAfter treating,TCM symptom scores in the two groups were lower than before,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In addition to irritability,dry mouth and acid reflux,the symptoms of epigastric burning pain,two-side pain,bitter mouth and dry stool in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P < 0.05),After treatment,According to the statistics the recovery rate was 56.67%,and the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group.While in the control group,the recovery rate was30%,and the total effective rate was 66.67%.The chi-square test showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.2 Comparison of gastric mucosal score between the two groups after treatmentThe scores of gastric mucosa in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05)There was no significant difference in the scores of gastric mucosa between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05).In the treatment group,the recovery rate was 53.33%,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.While in the control group,the recovery rate was 40%,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.The rank sum test showed no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Safety observationThe drugs used in the two groups of patients in this trial were within the safe range without adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The modified Qingwei Powder and Jinlingzi Powder has strong clinical practicability in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(liver-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome).It can better improve the symptoms of burning pain of stomach,pain in both sides and ribs,dry mouth,and can effectively improve the gastric mucosal erythema,erosion,bleeding and other manifestations under gastroscope,which is conducive to the improvement of the disease or recovery.2.This study is mainly to treat chronic non-atrophic gastritis from the liver andstomach.It is considered that "hepatic stomach and stagnation" is the core pathogenesis of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.It can improve the clinical curative effect from the treatment of "soothing the liver and heat-clearing and Relieving regulating stomach ascending qi",which is worthy of further study and promotion.
