Clinical Observation Of Hao Qinqingdan Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough(Syndrome Of Gallbladder And Stomach Loss)

Objective:In this study,the clinical effect of artemisia qinqingdan decoction in the treatment of chronic cough(syndrome of gallbladder and stomach loss)was observed,and the relationship between gallbladder,stomach and lung in the pathological influence of cough mechanism in some patients with chronic cough was preliminarily discussed,so as to enrich the ideas and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cough.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 subjects were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group using the number table method,with 36 people in each group.The treatment group was treated with artemisia qinqingdan decoction and the control group was treated with compound methoxanamine capsules.The improvement of cough symptoms and TCM.Results:The results suggest that artemisia qinqingdan decoction has a good therapeutic effect on chronic cough(syndrome of gallbladder and stomach loss).However,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms of the two groups.Conclusion: Artemisia qinqingdan decoction for the treatment of chronic cough(syndrome of gallbladder and stomach loss)patients have good effect,and less side effects,it is worth further exploration.The pathogenesis of cough in some patients can be considered from the perspective of gallbladder,stomach and lung loss and purgatory,which can provide a new reference for the clinical treatment of chronic cough.
