Expression And Significance Of Estrogen And Progesterone Receptors In Adenomyosis Of Different Menstrual Cycles | Posted on:2020-01-17 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Q X Huang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2404330575499385 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Background: Adenomyosis(AM)is a relatively common chronic gynecological disease with a prevalence of 5% to 70% in hysterectomy samples.Risk factors for adenomyosis include mode of delivery,uterine trauma,genital tract infections,and elevated serum estrogen levels.Adenomyosis clinical manifestations of increased uterine pain,increased menstrual blood,uniform uterus and low birth weight.Its exact pathogenesis is still unclear.Direct infiltration theory is the main pathogenesis of adenomyosis.This theory cannot fully explain the pathogenesis of in situ invasion of endometrial cells into the muscular layer.It is well known that adenomyosis is a sex hormone-dependent disease.It has been reported in the literature that the abnormal expression of estrogen receptor ER and progesterone receptor PR is closely related to adenomyosis,but there are not many literatures at home and abroad.To detect the expression of ER and PR in adenomyosis of different menstrual cycles,and to explore the relationship between estrogen,progesterone and its receptors and the pathogenesis of adenomyosis,and to provide new evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis.Research ideas.OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of ER and PR in different endometrium and ectopic endometrium in patients with adenomyosis,and to explore the role of ER and PR in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis.METHODS: A total of 30 patients with adenomyosis from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled(30 in the proliferative phase and 12 in the secretory phase);15 in the normal control group.9 cases,6 cases of secretory period);the expression of ER and PR in eutopic endometrial group(EU),ectopic endometrium(EC)and normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Level,for statistical analysis.Result:1.ER and PR were positively expressed in the AM eutopic endometrium,ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The positive expression of ER and PR in the AM eutopic endometrium group was higher than that in the AM ectopic endometrium group,while the control group had the lowest positive expression of ER and PR in the endometrium.3.The expression of ER and PR in the proliferative and secretory phases of the normal endometrium group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of ER and PR between the eutopic and ectopic endometrial groups of AM patients(P>0.05).5.The degree of dysmenorrhea in AM patients was positively correlated with CA125(r=0.1792,P<0.05).There was no correlation between uterine volume and degree of dysmenorrhea and CA125.Conclusion: Abnormally high expression of ER in the eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis enhances the regulation of estrogen effects,while abnormally high expression of intimal PR in ectopic lesions of adenomyosis attenuates the inhibition of estrogen and patients with adenomyosis The loss of periodic changes in estrogen and progesterone receptors in tissues suggests that ER and PR are closely related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis. | Keywords/Search Tags: | adenomyosis, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, menstrual cycle | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
