The Clinical Study Of Xinmaitong Capsule In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension And Its Effect On Arterial Elasticity Function

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xinmaitong Capsule on essential hypertension and its effect on arterial elasticity.Method:Sixty patients with essential hypertension and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given active lifestyle intervention and conventional western medicine antihypertensive treatment.The treatment group was given Xinmaitong capsule(3 capsules per time,3 oral times a day,produced by Guizhou Yibai Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.with the approval number: Z20060448,specifications: 0.48g/granule).The treatment course of the two groups was 1.Two weeks later,the changes of blood pressure,TC,TG,HDL-C,PP,baPWV and ABI were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.Evaluation of clinical efficacy:1.1 Contrast of antihypertensive effect: Systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The effect of reducing systolic blood pressure of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in improving diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P> 0.05).1.2 Comparison of TCM syndromes efficacy: There was a significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.01),the total effective rate of Xinmaitong group was 86.2%,the total effective rate of the control group was 68.96%,and Xinmaitong group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).1.3 Blood lipid level comparison: LDL-C,TC,TG and HDL-C of the two groups improved significantly before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The comparison between the two groups found that the treatment group reduced LDL-C and TC better than the control group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in improving the levels of TG and HDL-C between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Assessment of arterial elasticity function: PP and baPWV were improved in both groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in ABI in the control group(P > 0.05).ABI in the heart-pulse group was improved significantly after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the improvement of baPWV in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.01),ABI in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Clinical safety evaluation: During the observation period,there were no adverse reactions in both groups.There were no significant changes in blood routine,liver and kidney function,urine routine,fecal routine plus occult blood and electrocardiogram results before and after treatment.Conclusion:Xinmaitongjiao can reduce systolic blood pressure,reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve LDL-C and TC levels,and at the same time reduce baPWV and improve ABI.The curative effect of Xinmaitong on essential hypertension patients with blood stasis syndrome is obvious.At the same time,it may improve arterial elasticity,and its mechanism may be related to the effect of Xinmaitong Capsule on blood pressure and lipid lowering.
