Clinical Observation Of Yanghepingchuan Granule In The Treatment Of Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma And Its Effect On Serum Eotaxin,IL-33 And OPG Levels

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanghepingchuan Granule in the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma patients with chronic asthma duration,and to explore its effect on the levels of Eotaxin,IL-33 and OPG in the serum of patients with chronic bronchial asthma duration.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic duration of bronchial asthma who met the criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation agent,and the treatment group was treated with Yanghepingchuan Granules on the basis of the inhalation agent.Both groups were treated with salbutamol aerosol as required.The levels of Eotaxin,IL-33 and OPG were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the indicators before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.1.Comparison of efficiency and penetrance: The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The control rate was 90% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group(P<0.01).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were all lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,TCM syndrome points in the treatment group decreased more than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of lung function: After treatment,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF increased significantly,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The increase of the treatment group was greater,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).4.Comparison of ACT scores: ACT scores of the two groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01).ACT scores of the two groups showed no difference after treatment(P>0.05).5.Comparison of serum Eotaxin,IL-33 and OPG levels:(1)Eotaxin and IL-33 levels were significantly lower after treatment than before(P<0.01).Eotaxin and IL-33 in serum of the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group.(2)After treatment,the serum OPG level in the treatment group increased significantly(P<0.01),while that in the control group decreased slightly(P>0.05).There was no difference in OPG level between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: The application of Yanghepingchuan granule to patients with chronic duration of bronchial asthma who have been treated with basic western medicine can promote the relief of clinical symptoms,effectively reduce airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness,and inhibit the activation of osteoclasts.
