Based on the macro background of "healthy China","Rural Revitalization" and other national strategies,this paper cites the theory of health communication and sociology,and takes the communication path of improving the health literacy of rural residents as the research purpose,through the sense of filial piety in Hubei and Yichang.Based on the field investigation and in-depth interview of health knowledge media contact among rural residents in Jingmen and other areas,this paper abstracts and analyzes the specific problems existing in health knowledge media contact among rural residents in Hubei Province.On this basis,this paper discusses the communication path to improve the health literacy of rural residents,in order to provide decision-making reference for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and to provide reference for related research.The paper is divided into six parts The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,research content and research methods,literature review and sample selection.The second chapter summarizes the health literacy of rural residents,introduces the overall situation of the level of health literacy of residents in China,the specific factors that affect the level of health literacy of residents in rural areas,and expounds the internal relationship between health literacy and health communication.The third chapter is the media contact survey of rural residents' health knowledge in Hubei Province,which states the design and thinking of the previous survey,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the results of the questionnaire survey,and the analysis and evaluation of the survey data.At the same time,auxiliary The in-depth interview method is used as a supplement to the investigation.The fourth chapter is the problem analysis.Through the analysis of the results of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,it is found that the problems existing in the media contact of rural residents in health knowledge are as follows: first,the dimension of new media use is single,and the residents lack basic media literacy;Second,interpersonal communication strengthens information barriers,and the proportion of strong connections in healthy communication is high;third,social media is generally covered,and the influence of organizational communication window is weak.The fifth chapter puts forward the specific measures to improve the health literacy of rural residents: first,the government actively build a health government platform to expand the influence of the new media platform;second,medical institutions put forward High content output quality,different main body resources sharing learn from each other,third,the media actively cultivate rural opinion leaders,cultivate a good public healthy living environment;Fourth,improve the quality of large-scale health publicity activities,improve the rural medical talent allocation system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,pointing out some shortcomings of this study.
