Poverty is a world problem.In 2015,the United Nations reached an agreement on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and proposed 17 sustainable development goals,the first of which is to eliminate all forms of poverty in the world.At present,the task of health poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas in China is arduous,so that the masses can "have illness and medical care,and doctors have protection".To protect the health of the people is an important connotation for building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper selects the four-year rural residents’ data in the CFPS database,and takes the rural health poverty as the research object.The dynamic and static empirical research on the factors affecting the rural residents’ health and poverty can enable us to determine how to better develop and utilize rural resources.Greater help for poor families will help to select appropriate health and poverty alleviation methods to reduce the incidence of rural health poverty,thereby reducing the number of healthy and poor rural population.This paper selects healthy poverty as a dimension to measure poverty and enriches the relevant theories of rural poverty alleviation.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the dynamic changes of health poverty are affected by many factors.The results of empirical research are appropriate for understanding the causes of healthy poverty.The health alleviation methods are of great help.This paper uses the literature analysis method and empirical analysis method to first expound the concept of health poverty,and sorts out the current literature on health poverty.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural health poverty in China;In the CFPS,the cross-section data in 2016 uses the Probit model and the four-year panel data uses a fixed-effects model to empirically analyze the influencing factors affecting rural health poverty.At the end of the article,the results obtained from the previous research are given.Suggest.Based on the empirical results,the relevant conclusions of this paper are mainly: the empirical analysis of cross-sectional data shows that the factors affecting the long-term health,short-term health and mental health of rural residents are different,and the satisfaction of the medical level of age and medical treatment.Health care expenditure has a negative impact on long-term health.The frequency of exercise,drinking more than 3 times in the past month,wage income has apositive impact on long-term health,and education,work status,marital status,lunch break,residence Environment,savings,and property income,whether or not medical insurance has no significant impact on long-term health;age,whether it is a lunch break,the type of fuel used for cooking,and health care expenditure have a positive impact on short-term health,gender,highest education,smoking,Drinking,government subsidies,and age squared have a negative impact on short-term health;gender,alcohol consumption,fuel type,and age square have a positive impact on mental health,marital status,medical level satisfaction at the point of care,frequency of physical exercise,And health care spending is negative for mental health influences;Panel data analysis showed that gender,smoking,whether drinking more than 3 times in the past month had a negative impact on self-rated health;age,working status,frequency of physical exercise,satisfaction with medical level of medical treatment,lunch break,Personal income,health care expenditure,and positive impact on self-rated health;marital status,whether there is medical insurance,property income,living environment,and deposits have no significant impact on self-rated health.Panel data empirical analysis of the factors affecting health status and the results of empirical analysis of cross-sectional data are different.Based on this,this paper gives relevant policy recommendations: Strengthen health education to encourage rural residents to develop good living habits in daily life,reduce the incidence of diseases;build a health poverty alleviation fund management mechanism,resource management mechanism,improve farmers’ family life and residence Environment;build a synergistic mechanism for medical poverty alleviation and disease prevention,give play to the role of medical poverty alleviation,increase investment in rural medical technicians,improve the level of medical service institutions;improve rural infrastructure construction,increase capital investment,and enrich cultural activities,Provide farmers with good entertainment and fitness facilities,improve mental health;formulate effective health policies,strengthen preventive health care,conduct regular physical examinations for farmers,and help farmers maintain good health. |
