The Clinical Observation Of Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Yang Pulse Resistance Syndrome With The Treatment Of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction

Objective : To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods :66 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Yang deficiency and pulse obstruction)were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(control group)and the control group treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction(observation group,30 courses).To evaluate the clinical symptoms of the patients at the time of admission and 30 days after admission,Electrocardiogram(ECG),total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein(LDLN),serum hemophilia factor(vWFN),nitric oxide(no),interleukin-1(IL),interleukin-6(IL 6),Seattle angina scale(SAP),respiratory and blood pressure,etc.Heart rate,blood routine urine,liver and kidney function,fasting blood glucose and other safety indicators.Results:1.Comparison between the two groups before treatment: the baseline data of demographic characteristics,angina pectoris score,TCM syndromes score and the score of each dimension of Seattle angina scale were balanced and comparable.2.Compared before and after treatment,the scores of angina pectoris and TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before and after treatment(P<0.05).The level of serum no increased significantly(P<0.05)after treatment,the scores of each dimension of Seattle angina pectoris scale were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment:(1)The number of chest pain,the duration of chest pain,the dosage of nitroglycerin,the total score of angina pectoris and the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the score of pain degree(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in the curative effect of angina pectoris,TCM syndromes,electrocardiogram(ECG)and the rate of stopping and decreasing nitroglycerin(P<0.05).(2)The level of serum TCU LDLV WF-1 and IL-6 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum no level was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).(3)The dimensional scores of PLP ASAAF in the observation group were higher thanthose in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)After treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in respiration,blood pressure,heart rate,blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,fasting blood glucose,and no obvious adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with routine treatment of western medicine has some advantages in improving clinical symptoms,laboratory indexes,electrocardiogram ischemia and quality of life of patients with Yang-deficiency and pulse-blocking syndrome of stable angina pectoris.Good safety.
