ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of ankle tunnel syndrome, and study the significance of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical treatment,so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of ankle tunnel syndrome.MethodsA total of 80 patients with ankle tunnel syndrome of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type who met the inclusion criteria of this topic and were treated in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the test group and the control group with 40 patients in each group using the random number table method. The control group was treated with mecobalamin;Test group:on the basis of the treatment in the control group, add Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(one dose per day,two bags after decoction, warm in the morning and evening, for one month). Before treatment,at the 4th and 12 th weeks after treatment, the foot skin sensory function test and the tibial nerve latency conduction velocity were recorded, and the treatment effect was evaluated according to the evaluation standard of traditional Chinese medicine at the 4th and 12 th weeks after treatment, and the data of each group were analyzed with SPSS26.0 software.Results1.Compare the general condition(age, sex, course of disease, disease location, degree of disease)and various observation indicators(plantar skin sensory function test, tibial nerve electromyography)of the two groups before treatment, and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05),which is comparable.2.Detection of plantar skin sensory function: intra-group comparison: the plantar skin sensory function of the two groups at the 4th and 12 th weeks after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: At the 4th and 12 th weeks after treatment, the improvement of plantar skin sensory function in the test group was better than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Tibial nerve electromyography: intra-group comparison: except that the control group had no significant improvement in the fourth week after SCV treatment compared with that before treatment, the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups at the fourth week and the twelfth week after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: At the4 th and 12 th weeks after operation, the improvement of nerve conduction velocity in the test group was better than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.raditional Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation: the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group at the 4th and 12 th weeks after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionsThe clinical treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type ankle canal syndrome with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is highly effective and can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity, plantar skin sensory function, and promote the repair of tibial nerve function, contributing to the early recovery of foot numbness and pain symptoms. |
