Clinical Observation Of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined With Treatment Of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome In Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with traditional carpal tunnel incision and lysis for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to study the clinical significance of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and surgery,which is the synthesis of carpal tunnel of qi deficiency and blood stasis The treatment of symptom provides a new way of thinking.MethodsA total of 62 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis carpal tunnel syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated People’s Hospital from 2019-12 to 2020-12 were selected.They were divided into two categories by random number table method.Treatment group,31 cases in each group.Control group: traditional carpal tunnel incision and lysis + nutritional nerve therapy;test group: traditional carpal tunnel incision and lysis + nutritional nerve therapy + Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(free decoction granules,1 bag/time,2 Times/day,continuous use for 4 weeks).Two points of discrimination and electromyography(SNCV,Amp)were collected before operation,4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation;fingertip skin sensory function tests were assessed before operation and 8 weeks after operation;8 weeks after operation Zhou evaluated the overall curative effect based on the evaluation standard of Chinese medical effectiveness.Use SPSS22.0software package to analyze each group of data.Results1.The general conditions(age,gender,course of disease,surgical site,degree of disease)and various observation indexes(fingertip skin sensory function test,two-point discrimination,SNCV,Amp)of the two groups of patients before surgery were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant.(P>0.05),comparable.2.Fingertip skin sensory function test: Comparison within the group: The fingertip skin sensory function of the two groups was improved in the 8th week after the operation compared with that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: at the 8th week after operation,the improvement of fingertip skin sensory function in the test group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Two-point discrimination: intra-group comparison: The two-point discrimination between the two groups in the 4th and 8th week after the operation recovered compared with that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:At the 4th and 8th weeks after the operation,the recovery of the two-point discrimination in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Electromyography: intra-group comparison: The SNCV and Amp of the two groups in the4 th and 8th weeks after the operation were improved compared with that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: At the 4th and8 th weeks after surgery,the improvement of SNCV and Amp in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Evaluation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: In the 8th week after the operation,both groups achieved good efficacy.The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.77% and the total effective rate in the control group was 87.10%.After testing,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.ConclusionsCompared with traditional carpal tunnel incision and lysis,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with surgery is more effective in treating carpal tunnel syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.The combination of the two can accelerate the electrophysiological recovery of damaged nerves,shorten the course of treatment,and improve the efficacy after releasing the compression of the median nerve.It is worthy of promotion.
