Therapeutic Effect Of Jiangzhi Tongmai Pill On Stable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm And Blood Stasis)

Objective:This experiment aims to provide more clinical ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of stable angina pectoris by observing the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi Tongmai Pill in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis).Methods: During the period from 2018-01 to 2018-10,60 cases of Stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)were selected in the Department of Cardiology of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patient,the person or his or her guardian signed the informed consent form and agreed to participate in the randomized controlled trial.60 patients were enrolled according to the order of the treatment.60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30)by SPSS 23.0 software.For example,when grouping,ensure the balance of general data such as age and gender of the two groups of patients.Both groups of patients were given health education,smoking cessation,alcohol withdrawal and other secondary medicines for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.Both groups took secondary prevention drugs for coronary heart disease.The treatment group was supplemented with Jiangzhi Tongmai Pills.The changes of Seattle angina scale scores,TCM scores and curative effect,blood lipid levels and other indicators were studied before and after treatment for 4 weeks,and the clinical effects of treating Stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)were discussed.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total scores of clinical symptoms and the scores of Seattle angina scale scores in the two groups were significantly different(p<0.01),the total scores and total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the treatment group,Seattle angina scale scores,Compared with the control group,the curative effect was significant(p<0.01).(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in blood lipid levels between the two groups(p<0.01).The total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the Highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol level was higher than the control group.Statistical significance(p <0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the safety of the two groups(such as blood routine,liver and kidney function,etc.),the difference was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi Tongmai Pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)is significantly better than that of western medicine alone.(2)Jiangzhi Tongmai Pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and can effectively improve the level of lipid metabolism.(3)Jiangzhi Tongmai Pill has obvious advantages in treating stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)patients and has certain safety.
