Effect Observation Of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined With Electroencephalogram Bionic Electric Stimulation Instrument In The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Depression(Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective : Objective to study the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with electroencephalogram(EEG)in the treatment of post-stroke depression(stagnation of liver qi syndrome)through a clinical randomized controlled trial using accepted diagnostic criteria and therapeutic evaluation criteria.Methods : 66 cases of post-stroke depression with syndrome differentiation of liver-qi stagnation were randomly divided into test group and control group with 33 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with conventional therapy and psychological therapy after cerebral apoplexy.The control group was treated with Bupleurum Shugan Powder,and the trial group was treated with Bupleurum Shugan Powder combined with electroencephalogram(EEG)bionic electrical stimulator.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD),activity of Daily living scale(Barthel),(BI),neurological deficit scale(NIHSS)were observed.The experimental results were determined by statistical analysis and comparison.Results:1.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the improvement of TCM syndrome score,HAMD score,Barthel score and NIHSS score between the two groups,and the experimental group was superior to the control group.2.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,HAMD score,Barthel score and NIHSS score in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score,HAMD score,Barthel score and NIHSS score between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,and the effect after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly better than that of 2 weeks after treatment(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score,TCM score,Barthel score and NIHSS score(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of post-stroke depression(liver-qi stagnation syndrome)not only can improve the TCM syndrome of liver-qi stagnation,alleviate the depression symptoms of the patients,but also promote the recovery of patients’ function.It can improve the self-care ability of patients,the curative effect is exact,and has the value of popularizing and applying further.
