Clinical Observation Of Xunjing Tongluo Guasha Combined With Chaihu Shugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type Premenstrual Syndrome

Objective:This proj ect provides an objective theoretical basi s for the treatment of hepatic depressive Qi stagnation syndrome by observing the clinical efficacy of Gua Sha combined with oral Chaihu hepatic evacuation plus and subtraction in the treatment o f hepatic depressive Qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:A total of 64 patients who attended the Gynecology Outpatient Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heil ongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group(Gua Sha along the meridian channel combined with Chaihu Evacuatio n Liver Scatter plus Minus Decoction Oral)and control group(Ch aihu Evacuation Liver Scatter plus Minus Decoction Oral),and ob served the premenstrual syndrome symptom diary(PMSD,Premen strual Syndrome Symptoms of Diary)and premenstrual syndrome self-rating scale(PMTS,Premenstrual Syndrome Self-rating Scal e)and changes in TCM symptom scores.Finally,the collected cas e data were collated and summarized,and the SPSS24.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and the efficacy of Gua Sha com bined with Chaihu Evacuation Liver Scatter plus and minus oral a nd Chaihu Evacuation Liver Scatter plus and minus oral administr ation alone was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients i n the treatment group was 90.32%,and the total effective rate of patients in the control group was 80.65%,and after statistical sof tware analysis,P<0.05 was different,and the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PMS symptom diary and PMS self-rating scal e in both groups were lower than the baseline changes,P<0.001,t he difference was statistically significant,and the treatment grou p was better than the control group(P<0.00 1).The scores of Chin ese medical symptoms in both groups were improved,P<0.001,th e difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group had better efficacy,especially in improving the symptoms of goo d breath,premenstrual dizziness and headache and poor menstrual dark red TCM symptoms,and the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of gua sha combined with oral Chaihu evacuation plus subtraction in the treatment of hepatic depressio n and stagnation premenstrual syndrome is remarkable.It is bette r than traditional Chinese medicine therapy in reducing PMS sym ptom diary,PMS self-rating scale score and improving TCM symp toms alone.In particular,it has a significant effect on improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine in improving patients’ good b reath,premenstrual dizziness,headache and poor menstrual move ment,and the efficacy is better than that of traditional Chinese m edicine alone.
